Just before the pandemic, I had my honeymoon planned here for October of 2020 to stay at ioli Anastasia. Fast forward- covid canceled our trip and we were told we had 18 months to rebook but no refund of our deposit because the EU is protecting businesses. Fast forward to September 2021, My husband has emailed Christina from Blue Villas to rebook and check the status of our trip but no replies. They also failed to mention that the 18 month credit starts from the day of cancellation- not the original trip date. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating that a company has our money but does not give us the time of day. Also mind you, this place is closed 2-3 months out of the year so that’s lost time for us. Traveling out of the US was also difficult because there was a point in time where we were not even allowed to fly to Europe but this company didn’t consider that either. Update: it’s December 2021 and we’ve only received one response about how they CANNOT give us our money back. They have not helped accommodate another date to book the trip. They stole over $1,000 from us. Will never book with them again. Poor business. I’m disgusted.
