Authentic Greek hotel experience. With very helpful management! And a gorgeous view from the top. Though I gotta say it's a workout getting to your room.

Simply amazing experience!!! Excellent location, great spacious rooms and great service!!! What made the huge difference in this hotel was the great staff ( manager Nicos) that was very helpful with everything we needed during our stay in the hotel.

We stayed at Pirates villa in Timedrops, although its a little away from main town, but is a beautiful place to stay, this was the 1st place which had a well equipped kitchen, that was the plus point for us! The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

This was just an incredible villa with an added benefit of personal pool. The host Eleftherios makes this a unique and most plesent experience. He was on hand on arrival and was able to give good quality local knowledge information and useful tips to make the most of our stay. In addition he even cooked us some home made treats through our stay! There is daily room service which gives this villa an added benefit of a hotel type service. The kitchen had all the essentials stopping short of an oven so we were able to make our of meals at times. If you are not the most confident driver then sticking to taxi or public transport is best as the roads are very narrow. Loads to do and see on the island.

this place is amazing, its out of the main towns, nice and relaxing. you get a private pool with a huge villa with more then enough space. you might need to rent a car to go visit other towns but that is POSITIVE AS YOU WILL GET TO SEE ALL OF THE ISLAND. niko was our host and looked after us, did a amazing job with helping us with our daily activities. will stay here again.

Timedrops was a wonderful but mixed experience. The architecture and design of our villa was absolutely beautiful, with lots of privacy and a lovely, decent size pool. The location was great for us. The villa was situated in the most beautiful part of Emporeio. It felt like being in Oia without the overcrowded streets, packed with tourists. Nikos was very welcoming and left a very nice bottle of wine for us and gave us really good tips for food. Also a bottle of water as the tap water is not drinkable. However the villa is described as a 4-star hotel and that it is not. With no air conditioning, we really struggled being there during the hottest time of the year. There was a fan in the room that helped to cool down a bit but it was needed on all night and it was very noisy. In terms of coffee/ tea/water provisions what we had was very basic and not renewed daily. It would have been fine if the price we paid was for simple accommodation but at almost £200 per night decent access to tea and coffee and air con should be a given. Our towels were changed daily which isn’t necessary always but our beds once every three days which is not ideal when it is very hot outside. Some aspects of the villa felt luxurious and some very basic. To conclude we had a lovely time, the villa was beautiful but it was certainly not value-for-money with some of the basics missing.

What an amazing stay at Timedrops. Located in Emporio. 20 minutes from the airport and about 30 minute walk to the beach. We had the Volcano Villa. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A splash pool to cool down in and a sun terrace with awesome views. Nicholas was on hand to look after us and made our stay even more pleasurable. Only minus for someone with a disability is that the villa is situated at the top of a lot of steps. But for us it wasnt a problem.

Excellent houses, beautiful, with private pool. Each one is decorated to a different theme. Very very clean. Owners and Mr Nikos more than helpful and kind! Location is really convenient for the southern beaches and Fira is only ten minutes away by car (that you surely need during your vacation in Santorini).
