Αλλά απόγοητεύτηκα διότι δεν υπήρχε αυτοκίνητο, όχι απλά διαθέσιμο, αλλά καθόλου για να οδηγήσω. Θα ήθελα πραγματικά να το οδηγήσω. Όσο αφορά τον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης ήταν αρκετά καλή. Μας έδωσες brochure για το αυτοκίνητο και είχαμε μια μικρή συζήτηση με τον υπάλληλο που μας υποδέχτηκε. Αξίζει να την επισκεφθείτε αρκεί να έχετε τηλεφωνήσει πρώτα ώστε να κλείσετε ραντεβού, λόγω Covid-19. I liked the visit to the BMW dealership. I went to see the new 116 and drive it. But I was disappointed because there was no car, not just available, but not at all to drive. I would really like to drive it. In terms of service it was pretty good. You gave us a brochure about the car and we had a little talk with the clerk who welcomed us. It is worth visiting it as long as you have called first to make an appointment, due to Covid-19.

i	ioannis stereos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλοτιμες προσπαθειες απο τον μοναδικο μηχανικο, για τις μηχανες αναφερομαι αλλα δυστυχως δεν αρκουν!! Μονο στο Ηρακλειο κυκλοφορουν 100αδες μηχανες και εχετε μονο ενα μηχανικο ο οποιος δεν εχει καν ενα βοηθο αν ειναι δυνατον!!!!! Ραντεβου για ζημια στην μηχανη μου μετα απο 3 μηνες λεει αλλιως η Χανια η οπουδηποτε αλλου! Αν αυτο ειναι customer care για μια εταιρεια σαν την bmw συγχαρητηρια ...αλλα ποτε ξανα, η εμπειρια μου στο προβλημα που εχω στην μηχανη μου(F700GS 2014) και δεν μπορω να το λυσω με εχει εγκλωβισει, δηλαδη τι να κανω να στειλω Αθηνα Χανια τα εξοδα μεταφορας? o χρονος που θα παρει? η ταλαιπωρια? τα μηχανακια bmw ειναι για 6-7 χρονια μετα τα πετας ? αλλα δεν σας ενδιαφερει παρα μονο η πωληση μετα αντε γεια!!και μιλατε για ποιοτητα εξυπηρετηση κλπ!Τι να πω τουλαχιστον ανεπαρκεις και αναξιοπιστοι ! Και κατι τελευταιο ειμαι πελατης σας απο το 2014 και εχω στην κατοχη μου και ενα Mini Cooper και αυτο απο εσας για τετοια προσοχη στους πελατες μιλαμε! Και αν χρειαζεστε περαιτερω διευκρινισεις για την περιπτωση μου στην διαθεση σας! Ambitious efforts by the only engineer, I mention the machines but unfortunately they are not enough !! Only in Heraklion there are 100 machines and you only have one engineer who does not even have an assistant if possible !!!!! Appointment for damage to my machine after 3 months, says Chania or anywhere else! If this is customer care for a company like bmw congratulations ... but never again, my experience in the problem I have in my engine (F700GS 2014) and I can not solve it has trapped me, that is what to do to send Athena Chania transportation costs; the time it will take; the inconvenience? bmw motorcycles are for 6-7 years after you throw them; but you are only interested in the sale, then hello !! and you are talking about quality service etc! What can I say at least insufficient and unreliable! And one last thing I am your customer since 2014 and I have in my possession a Mini Cooper and this from you we are talking about such attention to customers! And if you need further clarifications about my case at your disposal!
