★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CreteCab gets an A+ for our transfer from the airport to our hotel in Chania. The driver was friendly and patiently waiting for us, despite an hour delay. The company was in contact with us a few days prior to our journey to confirm details and get additional contact information in case our phones didn't work.
We booked through Booking.com and selected the executive level which ended up giving us a luxurious Mercedes transport van. We had a smooth and comfortable ride into Chania with some great music and friendly conversation.
I would absolutely recommend CreteCab for your transfer.

Although we had some modifications (bigger car, more passengers, toddler seats…) for the way back, this guys made it all possible without any trouble and fair pricing.
Thumps up and full recommendation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver had to wait for us on both arrival at the airport and drive back from the hotel but was still super friendly and told us a great deal about Crete. We also were provided with a bottle of water each as a gift. Next time on Crete, I'd book CreteCab again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a transfer for 6 from Heraklion to Chania in Crete. Service was fantastic. I booked online and a member of their team called me back straight away to confirm the details. Our flight was then delayed by an hour but the driver was aware and was waiting for us in the airport. He was friendly and got us to where we needed to be with no fuss. Will 100% use again if we visit Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked luxury car ride from airport to hotel and return. Communication was great, team was very helpful. Prices are ok, especially given the current gas prices.
Ride from airport to hotel: got upgraded to luxury van. Great car, great driver. Very friendly, gave great recommendations for our stay.
Ride from hotel to airport: Got the E class we booked. Was a regular taxi, far from luxury. But was an E class. Driver was friendly, his English was limited, though. DRIVER WAS VERY TIRED! It was a 2 hour ride and it always looked like he closed his eyes from time to time. Also rubbed his eyes all the time. We actually didn't feel that safe, so that experience wasn't that good. he drove well, though.
