Ευγενικός, τίμιος και στο αμάξι γίνονται οι εργασίες που είναι απαραίτητες! Πολύ επαγγελματίας και καλός μηχανικός! I took the car to Filippo for the first time and from now on it will be my regular workshop !! Polite, honest and the necessary work is done in the car! Very professional and good engineer!

Έκανε βόλτα και το αμάξι για να δει κάτι που του είπα ότι παρατήρησα και καταλαβε κατευθείαν τι φταίει που ειναι αποτέλεσμα της εμπειρίας του και γνώσεών του. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή ευγενικοτατη και εξυπηρετική. Προσφέρουν και καφεδάκι όσο περιμένεις σε άνετο καναπέ όπου βλέπεις και τις εργασίες που επιτελούν στο αμάξι σου. Το συνεργείο δεν είναι εξουσιοδοτημένο, πλην όμως ο άνθρωπος πληρώνει συνδρομή και έχει όλα τα συστήματα ελέγχου (ΗΥ, λογισμικό κτλ) που έχουν τα εξουσιοδοτημένα. Και σου περνάει κανονικά όλες τις εργασίες και στο κλειδί και στην οθόνη του αυτοκινήτου! Χρονος εκτέλεσης εργασίας ήταν ο πραγματικός χωρίς έξτρα αναμονες. Και χωρίς να χρειάζεται να αφήσεις το αμάξι και να έρχεσαι να το παίρνεις μετά από 3 και 4 ώρες χωρίς λόγο. Ενδεικτικά να σας ενημερώσω ότι το service μου κόστισε 230€ και εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα μου ζητούσε 460€ που δεν θα έκανε τίποτα παραπάνω από ότι ο Φίλιππος! Εύγε παιδιά! Γι αυτό έχετε και 5/5 αστέρια! Γιατί είστε όλοι αστέρια!! Impecable Philip! Professional, friendly and helpful! He rides and the car to see something I told him that I noticed and understood directly what is blame that is a result of his experience and knowledge. The girl in welcoming EVENTIAL and helpful. They also offer a coffee as long as you expect on a comfortable sofa where you see the work they perform in your car. The workshop is not authorized, but man pays assistance and has all control systems (HY, Software, etc.) that are authorized. And you normally passes all the work and the key and the car screen! Job execution time was the actual without extra waist. And without having to leave the car and come to take it after 3 and 4 hours without reason. For example, I inform you that my service cost 230 € and my authorized store called for 460 € that would not do anything more than Philip! Eviled children! That's why you have 5/5 stars! Why are you all stars !!

Called the same day and even though they had many cars Philipos took the time to investigate and was able to identify the issue and fix it in a couple of hours. He also test drove the car and fixed a nagging brake issue. Definitely glad I went there. The car was up and running like new in a couple of hours. I know enough about cars to tell when someone is honest and qualified. Will definitely bring my car at Cartsakis every single time with no hesitation. Thanks again Philipe for the great service.
