★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα καλά ωμός όταν κάνουμε γενικό service δεν κοιτάνε τα άξονα πίσω αυτοκινητο .αυτό μού είπανε όταν πήγα Κ.Τ.Ε.Ο που έχουν πολύ διαφορά μεταξύ τα άξονα του αυτοκινήτου μου. δεν ξέρω αν κοιτάνε η όχι
 All is well raw when we do general service they do not look at the rear axles of a car. That's what they told me when I went to K.T.E.O which have a big difference between the axles of my car. I do not know if they look or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα ούτε στην επικοινωνία ούτε στο κλείσιμο του ραντεβού το οποίο ήταν σχετικά άμεσο. Όλα κύλισαν ομαλά και η αλλαγή λαδιών έγινε σε λιγότερο από ένα δίωρο. Ειδοποιήθηκα τηλεφωνικά ότι το αυτοκίνητο ήταν έτοιμο. Ο Σύμβουλος και ο Υπεύθυνος ευγενέστατοι.
I had no problem either communicating or making an appointment which was relatively immediate. Everything went smoothly and the oil change was done in less than two hours. I was notified by phone that the car was ready. The Consultant and the Manager are very kind.

Complained to the service point that at first denied the low engine performance. When the guarantee coverage was over, they requested a huge amount of money to repair it. I complained a lot, but the service point still exists. Apart from my issues, the service point has overall a bad reputation for vw owners. Stay away from it.
