★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a gym while visiting Athens so spent €9 for a session. Maybe it’s just a Greek thing, but this place was so dirty, equipment was okay, not enough weights, there was no music playing at all, so had an odd vibe there. Its basic, but okay. Owner was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I train in this place more than 3 months, and I can definitely say that I love it!
This gym mainly attracts body builders from the area, but people from all ages with different purposes (and physical capabilities) also come to train there. Stavaros, the staff, and all the people around really let you feel like you are their second family, and their kindness is one of a kind. If you need any help or has any issue, they will be there for you.
The gym's prices are reasonable (50€/month), and the its size is intermediate, splitted by two different floors. It predominantly contains some aerobic machines and state-of-the-art strength machines. It also has some space for free weights, kattelbell work, and abdominal work.
If you seek for a familiar place to train in, this is the right place. Highly recommended!
