★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice old school gym and the man at reception is really nice. He gives tourists a half price day pass of 5 euros so make sure you tell him if you are one. It’s got everything you need, lots of machines etc but the dumbbells only go to 20kg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place if you're staying in Athens and need a place to work out. 5€ per workout for tourists. The guy running the place is very friendly and welcoming. Workout equipment is in some ways inadequate - dumbbells only go to 20kgs, no squat racks but otherwise a completely fine gym that gets the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweet, little, old school gym. If you are more experienced and are on a short-trip in Athens, you can get a nice workout for a small price (10€). The owner is very kind and can give great recommendations regarding where to get the best food :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a real gym. It has only some machines. No squat rack and no place for deadlift. Also not many weights are available. The owner requests 10€ per session. It's not worth going there.
