Ηταν η πρώτη μου εμπειρια με το λεμφικο μασαζ και εχω μονο θετικες εντυπωσεις απο αυτο το υπεροχο στουντιο. Η Άννα και ο Δημήτρης είναι ευγενέστατοι, πλήρως καταρτισμενοι και πραγματικά είδα αποτελέσματα από την πρώτη κιόλας συνεδρία. Είναι ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστο να πηγαίνεις σε ένα χώρο που εμπνέει εμπιστοσύνη και σε ανακουφίζει σωματικά και ψυχικά. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Μόνο τα καλύτερα εχω να πω για το Bodywise ,μας εσωσαν με τα μαγικά τους χέρια! Η Άννα μου έδειξε και ασκήσεις να κανω στο σπιτι για να με βοηθήσει πολύ χρήσιμες! Οι γνώσεις και η εμπειρία φαίνεται αμέσως μόλις ξεκινήσει το μασάζ αλλά και ο επαγγελματισμός των παιδιών σε ολα και φυσικά σύμφωνα με τον Covid. Ολα τα μασάζ είναι φοβερά καθώς γίνονται απο τοσο εμπειρα άτομα αλλά το hot stones είναι πραγματικά ενα δώρο για τον εαυτό μας. Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!

Το πρώτο πράγμα που μου έκανε εντύπωση είναι η ευγένεια που έχουν ο Δημήτρης και η Άννα. Ο Δημήτρης ο οποίος με ανέλαβε χαρακτηρίζεται από γνώσεις για αυτό που κάνει και μεγάλο επαγγελματισμό που δεν τον συναντάς συχνα. Δίνεται με όλη του την ενέργεια στο να προσφέρει και να βοηθήσει, δείχνοντας ότι αντιμετωπίζει το άτομο σοβαρά και όχι επιπόλαια. Συνδυάζει διαλεκτικά την ενεργητική θεραπεία (γυμναστική) και την παθητική (μασάζ κ.α.) με επαγγελματισμό, ευγένεια, και όρεξη για αυτό που κάνει. Νιώθεις ότι είναι δίπλα σου και ότι ενδιαφέρεται πραγματικά, καθοδηγοντας και λύνοντας απορίες για το σώμα και τα προβλήματα σου. Δε θα επεκταθω σε λεπτομέρειες για τα προβλήματα για τα οποία πήγα, αναφέρω μόνο ότι η προσέγγιση του με τις ασκήσεις αλλά και τις θεραπείες φαίνεται να είναι αυτό που χρειάζομαι και μου έδωσε ελπίδα παρόλο που η περίπτωση μου δεν είναι εύκολη. Ήδη βλέπω αποτελέσματα. Θεωρώ στο bodywise μπορούν να ωφεληθούν και άτομα που δε θέλουν απλά ένα μασάζ αλλά και κάτι παραπάνω όπως πχ γυμναστική, για πόνους κ.α. Η δουλειά που γίνεται και η προσέγγιση είναι άριστη. Συγχαρητήρια

Very good service even before I reached the place. I personally did a sports massage, overall great experience, the person executing it seemed to have extensive knowledge about the subject and we talked about various topics regarding different fields of sports and recovery methods. I recommend it for someone to give it a shot if you have the ability to do so.

Bodywise is a lovely studio that I would highly recommend. Dimitris and Anna are great people, highly knowledgeable and very encouraging. They are so personal, friendly and kind and really good at what they do! I would 100% recommend for yoga, personal training, massage and for body treatments (I was having treatment all over, but mainly for my back and then did some personal training afterwards). 5 stars!!

I arrived in Thessaloniki with a seriously painful tennis injury that threatened to ruin my holiday. A friend recommended Dimitris at Bodywise Studio so I got in touch and very easily arranged an appointment. Dimitris was very professional and friendly, putting me at ease straight away. We had a lengthy consultation in his lovely studio so that he could fully understand my problem and he recommended acupuncture. Having never had this treatment before, I was nervous but Dimitris was excellent at explaining the procedure and his professionalism really calmed me down. The session also included massage which made the whole experience really relaxing. I'm not exaggerating when I say two days later I was swimming and rock climbing without any pain from my injury. The holiday was a success and I can't thank Dimitris enough. I'll definitely be visiting Bodywise Studio again next time I'm in Thessaloniki.

This is a very special place-- if you are in pain, do not wait any longer to come and see Dimitris. I have been to many places before and none of them have provided me with the same amount of professional care and attention like he has. I came in for some back pain after pulling a muscle in the gym. During the session that I received, Dimitris concentrated not only on the problem spots but on all of the areas on my body where I have been holding tension for years. He was generous enough to really take the time to improve my entire posture. Never before haven't been to an office that combines massage and acupuncture in such an effective way. Dimitris has really figured out the secret to musculoskeletal healing. Although I am physically active and lift weights regularly, it's clear that I was long overdue for the type of care he provides. It was only after my session that I noticed how improperly I had been carrying the weight of my own body most of my life; Dimitris unlocked my body in such a way that I feel as if I have more control over myself. He knows exactly how to read my musculature and pinpoint the problem areas, relieving them with great precision. Most importantly, he really took the time to show me how to maintain good postural progress on my own. There is something very special going on here and I absolutely will come see Dimitris every time I return to Thessaloniki. He really knows what he's talking about and makes me feel like he really cares about my health. I'm extremely grateful to have found this place and I believe you will be happy to find it too. Clean and spacious facility, knowledgeable and kind people, wonderful environment overall. If I lived in the city I'd use their services every week. My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner. If you're experiencing pain or discomfort (or if you simply want to maintain your well-being), this is the place for you.
