★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite busy place but people are helpful and happy. I was happy to do my hair and nails over there. Very quick. The hair was wxactly what I wanted. The nails did not last as expected though. Good job overall. The prices are great!

You have to call a couple of days ahead to book an appointment for any service. If you call last minute there may be some cancellations and they might be able to take care of you.
Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. My nails didn't last even a full week, while I keep normally keep my manicure in food shape for about 20 days.
Apart from that, they workers seemed to be confused about who is supposed to work on any client, and two ladies worked with my nails. Also their manager was rushing them all the time, so they would be able to serve another client.
Last, the quality of the products used and the UV lamps were not very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for gel manicure and normal pedicure, and unfortunately it was not a great experience. Sorry to say, but the English speaking receptionist was the only positive. The lady fixing my nails was not bothered and looked unhappy. Gel manicure was bad quality and started coming off in 2 days (this never happened before). I said I wanted white, but it came of as pink.. I was left unattended drying my feet so I just left and nailpolish was destroyed that evening. Selection of colours is not the biggest.
