Personale serio e professionale , e aggiungo che non è assolutamente vero quello che dice la Claudia De Cicco . Mi meraviglio solo nel leggere tanto fango buttato lì senza motivo in quanto la signorina è stata rimborsata immediatamente visto che io ero presente nel momento del disagio dovuto ad un problema cardiaco della persona che guidava l’autobus quindi una situazione degna di rispetto . Pertanto questo il motivo per cui il trasporto non c’è stato e nessuno sapeva nulla ... non è che se uno ha un principio di infarto si mette ad avvisare con il telefonino!!!! Certi commenti dovrebbero far vergogna chi li scrive compreso questo Fabio Corradini che diffama a mezzo stampa la signora che vende i tickets !! Grande ignorante lo sai che ti becchi una denuncia per diffamazione e calunnia?

Aucun sérieux de leur part, nous attendions depuis un quart d'heure quand nous avons vu passer le bus à toute vitesse sans s'arrêter. L'excuse faite à l'hôtel est qu'ils ne nous ont pas vu, peut-être aurait-il fallut qu'on se mette au milieu de la chaussée. À éviter absolument.

Ho prenotato con quest'agenzia di Ipsos un'escursione per Paxos e Antipaxos. Abbiamo pagato 50,00 euro per due persone in anticipo e ci è stato comunicato di presentarci oggi alle 8 fuori all'agenzia puntuali. Siamo arrivati con 5 minuti in anticipo e abbiamo trovato un signore che ci ha detto di attendere il bus per il porto perché alle 9 sarebbe partita la nave. Abbiamo atteso fino alle 8.30 e lo stesso signore ci ha detto di non preoccuparsi perché stava chiamando l'agenzia centrale. Aspettando che qualcuno rispondesse, si sono fatte le 9 ed era ormai troppo tardi. Ovviamente noi e tutte le persone che avevano perso il loro tempo, che quando si ha solo una settimana di vacanza è prezioso, abbiamo preteso di essere rimborsati. Ci è stato comunicato che non avremmo avuto rimborsi fino a stasera alle 19.00. Abbiamo provato a chiamare alla sede centrale senza ricevere risposta. Il tizio continuava a trovare scuse e ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi. Abbiamo chiamato la polizia turistica che ci ha rimbalzato alla polizia di Corfù che a sua volta ci ha dato il numero di quella di Ipsos la quale non ha proprio risposto. In conclusione la giornata è stata rovinata! Dalle 8.00 alle 10.30 abbiamo discusso con il tipo è alla fine abbiamo deciso che torneremo questa sera alle 19 Sperando vivamente che ci restituiscono i nostri soldi. Diffidate da queste persone perché, premesso che gli imprevisti possono capitare, sono poco Seri per i seguenti motivi: 1) Un'agenzia seria dovrebbe avere un fondo di sicurezza in ogni sede per gli imprevisti. Se i soldi si pretendono subito, vanno restituiti subito. 2) è inconcepibile che il personale non sappia dare spiegazioni concrete sul motivo per il quale è saltata l'escursione. 3) parlando con dei ragazzi che come noi non hanno fatto l'escursione, abbiamo scoperto che non era la prima volta che succedeva. Domani torno in Italia e le due isolette non le vedrò! Grazie mille!

In vacanza a Corfu' , io e il mio compagno , volendo fare escursioni in barca ci siamo rivolti alla reception del nostro hotel in loco , che ci ha consigliato BOOK4IT e ci ha fatto da tramite per la prenotazione . Noi , fiduciosi di quanto propostoci , abbiamo optato per la gita a PAXOS E ANTIPAXOS e nel contempo abbiamo prenotato anche la gita PARGA e BLUE LAGOON . Premetto che i prezzi erano in linea con quelli di altri cataloghi visti in zona e non certo da discount . Detto questo il giorno della prima gita , ci hanno prelevato di fronte all'hotel e portato al porto di Corfu' , facendoci rimanere in piedi dato che il bus era gia' pieno. Da subito abbiamo sorvolato in quanto il tragitto era beve , ma al rientro dal giro in barca alle 7 di sera, al porto ,non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad aspettarci e abbiamo dovuto attendere ben mezz'ora prima che arrivasse il pullmann per rincasare . Veramente arrabbiati , ma ormai speranzosi nella prossima e ultima gita , gia' comunque pagata , presso l'hotel , abbiamo fatto buon viso a cattivo gioco e taciuto pensando ad un disguido . Dopo 2 gg. ci presentiamo in orario all'appuntamento per la seconda gita di fronte all'hotel , sulla main street, fissato per le 8.40 di mattina in attesa di essere prelevati dal pullmann come stabilito ..Ma stavolta non era in ritardo , PROPRIO NON SI E' VISTO !!!!! Imbufaliti , abbiamo contattato l'hotel , che ha fatto una telefonata a cui hanno risposto che la gita non si faceva piu' , senza addurre motivazioni valide ! L'hotel , facendosi carico di quanto accaduto ci ha restituito i soldi , scusandosi anche se non era colpa loro ! Visto il trattamento subito dai loro Clienti hanno giurato che mai piu' avrebbero proposto BOOK4IT..Noi per fortuna , siamo poi riusciti a trovare una fantastico organizzatore greco di giri in barca che ci ha fatto fare un stupendo tour dell'isola , che ha un po' mitigato la nostra arrabbiatura per quella giornata rovinata . Quindi vogliamo mettere in guardia chi mai avesse la tentazione di prenotare escursioni con BOOK4IT , uomo avvisato mezzo salvato ! BOOK4IT MAI PIU' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the misfortune of going on the Island tour today at a cost of 30 euros, it took 3 hours to pick up the passengers and the 1st guide Anna, who was very impolite, we then picked up the 2nd guide Spiras such an arrogant and rude man, we were only given 10 minutes at the Kumquat distillery the staff there said it is usually 30 minutes, the guides were more interested in speaking with each other, and completely ignored questions they were asked at the Achillean palace I actually had to ask Spiras not to speak to me if I were a child, he was most officious and blatantly said he couldn't hear me, because he didn't like what I was saying, and insisted we stay together, he told another lady to shush when she spoke to her friend all in all a very unpleasant man. It was very obvious the guides didn't want to be there I fact as I sat at the front of the coach this was all I could hear.

This is about a trip to Paxi and Antipaxi. Amazing mismanagement. Badly organized and providing misinformation. The trip started too late and they had us wait in the sun (32Degreesf) for 45minutes. On the islands we were promised 1.5h and 2.5h, which turned out to be 1h and 2h. No idea or information was given out why though. When we finally arrived at Paxi, the promised bus tour around the island was simply 'not available'. Thanks for nothing. Being back at Korfu we were promised to be carried home quickly, but in the end waited almost a full hour for two passengers which were lost during the trip? With one hour delay we all had to wait in the bus, the driver decided to just carry us home. At least someone with common sense. Never again.

Complete disaster, tour of turist traps, overloaded buses with guides taking absolutely no control of the participants. Also guides prefering their own main language, meaning they speak it 95% more during the tour than the other two languages they were supposed to. Logistics were horrible, 2-3 hour detour passing right by a lot of the hotels where people are just waiting to get off the bus and go get their money back, to see what.. an airstrip. Would never ever recommend anyone going on tours with this company. They take no responsibility, while blaming everything on the guides (who also did a horrible job). Highlight of the tour: Stopping at an overprices restaurant with a view. We had to walk uphill a steep hill with 80 year old + grandparents. Without the guide mentioning the place having an elavator. Ridicolous service.

Absolutely horrible! We booked it to go to Paxos in Corfu. First they have cancelled our trip on Sunday and moved it to Monday, so we had to get up at 5 in the morning and drive from a different location. Second, they said we will have a smaller boat (more private) for 42 euro. The boat was a disaster: toilet was clogged for the entire trip; we were on the boat for about 2-2.5 hours and they did not offer any water, snacks or any entertainment at all! Most people were just sleeping there the entire trip. This is outrageous for 42 euros per person! The captain was on the phone most of the time texting and also smoking, so we did not feel safe at all. They drop us of at some random beach and said "Jump, go swimming". At to the worse after all day on this awful boat, the bus came an hour late to pick us up. So 60 people were waiting for the bus and had to miss dinner/other plans because it. This firm should not be aloud to do business.
