β β β β β There was a problem with the booking that was completely the fault of lastminute.com. Victoria helped us as much as possible and we were very grateful - she really went above and beyond to help our family. We didn't manage to stay at Hotel Gouvia but hope to one day. Thank you Victoria for your support in a very difficult situation, you really went above and beyond.

β β β β β Stayed there for a week. Imho good value for money if you want to experience an island but not a hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, thereβs a cosy balcony to spend your late evenings. Thereβs also a big swimming pool for you to start your day in the morning.
The worst thing was that you have to shower with salty sea water:D and it really dries your skin. Thereβs better water in swimming pool actually. Air conditioning costed us 5β¬/day.
Breakfast was almost the same everyday but itβs not that bad when you just want to grab something before your days of adventure in Corfu.
Staff was very nice and helpful, last day during our trip they let us stay in the room till 5PM while we waited for our flight.
All in all not bad, not great. 4/5

β β β β β Recommend anyone to stay here. Beds comfortable and great pillows. We stayed for 3 weeks which were fantastic. Food is excellent. The hotel has a superb sheltered swimming pool and the hotel is situated in a great position for the Marina, bus stop to Corfu Town and lots of other places. Everyone is so great and lovely to speak with. our special thanks to Alexandra and Victoria. You made our stay unforgettable. Friends for always. xx Will definitely return. Many thanks.

β β β β β You get what you pay, though. Breakfasts are nice, especially loved the butter, it's very cool, but the coffee wasn't delicious to me. They clean the rooms every day and changed the towels frequently. I removed one star because I had questions for cleanliness of the breakfast utensils, for example boxes for cheese and butter didn't look that clean, the same as the bowl with Nutella - it looked like every time they added some new Nutella hadn't removed the old one.
And for the noise isolation, you can really hear someone playing rock music at 7am in another room or old couple arguing.Tip: if you come in the early morning you can expect to be provided with a room only after 11:30. Also you have to pay tourist fee - ~1.5β¬ per day. Overall, it was a nice stay there.

β β β β β Breakfast is very very poor, everyday the same, nothing to eat. Coffee is very bad.
Pool is good.
Food in restaurant is not worth the price, above average. Better to eat in other places in Gouvia.

The Wifi in the room was fast and the balcony had a nice view to the pool. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, with many recommendations. Breakfast was simple but nice. I will return!
