Άλλωστε η εξυπηρέτηση φαίνεται όταν κάτι στραβώσει. Στα εύκολα όλοι είναι εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπαραγγείλω, αλλά θα φροντίσω να το κάνω νωρίτερα και θα προσέξω τη διαθεσιμότητα πιο προσεκτικά. Flawless service, although I canceled my order (without any problems) because there was no availability and I needed things immediately. After all, service is seen when something goes wrong. At ease everyone is helpful and polite. I will definitely order again, but I will make sure to do it sooner and I will pay attention to the availability more carefully.

Κατά την παραγγελία χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα τηλεφωνικώς και η υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Τα βιβλία έφτασαν 12/3 σωστά συσκευασμένα, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Σε όλη τη διάρκεια υπήρχε ενημέρωση μέσω email για την πορεία της παραγγελίας. Definetely recommended. Excellent bookstore. I ordered online on 8/3/2022 two books at a good price. When ordering I had to contact the store by phone and the clerk was polite and helpful. The books arrived 12/3 properly packed, without any problems. Throughout there was information via email about the progress of the order. Definetely recommended.
