Μας χρέωσαν ανταλλακτικό για γκαραζόπορτα 170 ευρώ από 85 ευρώ που κοστίζει λιανική στην αντιπροσωπεία, χωρίς να ενημερώσουν για τη δυνατότητα να το προμηθευτούμε απευθείας (από την αντιπροσωπεία στη μισή τιμή). Μας βρήκαν στην ανάγκη, καθώς η γκαραζόπορτα δεν έκλεινε, και αποδεχτήκαμε το κόστος. Όταν εκ των υστέρων έψαξα τις τιμές διαπίστωσα το τεράστιο καπέλο που έβαλαν στην τιμή. Το να βάζεις 100% κέρδος σε ένα ανταλλακτικό μόνο αισχροκέρδεια θα μπορούσα να το χαρακτηρίσω. Καθώς θεωρώ τη συγκεκριμένη εμπορική πρακτική αθέμιτη θα προχωρήσω σε καταγγελία στο συνήγορο του καταναλωτή.
 Unacceptable! They charged us a spare part for a garage door 170 euros from 85 euros that costs retail at the dealership, without informing about the possibility to purchase it directly (from the dealership at half price). They found us in need, as the garage door did not close, and we accepted the cost. When I searched the prices afterwards I found the huge hat they put in the price. Putting a 100% profit on a spare part could only be described as a scandal. As I consider this commercial practice unfair, I will file a complaint with the consumer ombudsman.
