Ακόμη, εχω ψωνίσει αρκετές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και διακοσμητικά για οικονομικά δωράκια. Ειμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος απο την εξυπηρέτηση και την ποιότητα των προϊόντων. From there I bought my bed and the wonderful mattress at a very good price and I have been enjoying it for a decade. Also, I have bought several electrical appliances and decorations for cheap gifts. I am completely satisfied with the service and the quality of the products.

Δεν υπάρχει σημείο του σπιτιού που να μην είναι από το μαγαζί αυτό, κάθε φορα με την ίδια ποιότητα κ σε καλή τιμή. Για το προσωπικό έχω να πω μόνο τα καλύτερα! Μιχάλη κ Χρήστο συνεχίστε έτσι δυναμικά!! Είστε οι καλύτεροι με διαφορά!!! Years from my grandfather's time to me we shop in this honest family business that always serves us in the best way. Έγινε παραγγελία αρχές Απριλίου και δε μου έχει παραδοθεί ακόμα τέλος Μαϊου χωρίς να υπάρξει καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση μέχρις ότου καλέσω επανειλημμένες φορές για να πάρω μία απάντηση. 10 μέρες πριν τη παράδοση με κάλεσαν να μου πουν ότι χρωστάω 50 ευρώ ακόμα επειδή αυξήθηκαν τα κόμιστρα εισαγωγής των πρώτων υλών τους(!!!). Εταιρία που δεν ξέρει τι της γίνεται και προσπαθεί να λύσει τις λάθος αποφάσεις της επιβαρύνοντας τους πελάτες της. Όσο αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση των υπαλλήλων απαίσια. Δε πρόκειται να ξανάπαραγγείλω τίποτα από τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία και συνιστώ να προσέξουν και οι επόμενοι πριν αποφασίσουν να αγοράσουν κάτι. Poor service. An order was placed at the beginning of April and it has not been delivered to me yet at the end of May without any information at all until I call repeatedly to get an answer. 10 days before the delivery they called me to tell me that I owe another 50 euros because the import fees of their raw materials increased (!!!). A company that does not know what is happening to it and tries to solve its wrong decisions by burdening its customers. As for the service of the employees awful. I am not going to re-order anything from this company and I recommend that the next ones be careful before deciding to buy something.

Ηρθε με επιπλέον χρέωση(2 φορές μεταφορικά πλήρωσα) απ' ότι έλεγε η πολιτική του στο ίντερνετ, με γρατσουνιές και φθορές,και ένα χαμηλότερης αξίας προϊόν σε σχέση με την τιμή του. Πήρα να παραπονεθω κι αντιμετώπισα υπεκφυγές και αναβολές. Τελικά μου είπαν ότι θα με αποζημιώσουν επιστρέφοντας μου ένα ποσό από τα μεταφορικά, κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Έμεινα τρομερά δυσαρεστημένη και μ ένα έπιπλο που με απογοήτευσε. Παιδιά το ΙΚΕΑ είναι εγγύηση, μην ψωνίζετε στο Μποτος! I ordered furniture which was available on the site but not actually. I chose another. It came with an extra charge (2 times I paid shipping) than his internet policy said, with scratches and damage, and a lower value product compared to its price. I started to complain and faced evasions and postponements. Eventually I was told that they would compensate me by returning an amount of shipping, which never happened. I was terribly unhappy with a piece of furniture that disappointed me. Guys, IKEA is a guarantee, do not shop in Botos!
Ε	ΕΛΕΝΗ ΒΟΥΤΣΙΝΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα έπιπλο εισόδου- παπουτσοθηκη με καθρέφτη για 20ζευγαρια . Πήρα πρώτα τηλέφωνο για να δω αν υπάρχει και στη συνέχεια κατέθεσα τα χρήματα μαζί με τα μεταφορικά. Μου είπαν Τσε μια εβδομάδα θα το έχω. Πράγματι μια εβδομάδα μετά ήρθε στην ώρα που είπαν και μάλιστα προηγήθηκε τηλεφώνημα. Το έπιπλο τέλειο! Καλύτερο από αυτό που περίμενα.
