 Very good service and love for what they do! Great variety in the showroom on chairs tables and overall the whole experience was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα κρεβάτι το οποίο προφανώς κατά την μεταφορά με το φορτηγό δεν το τοποθέτησαν σωστά και χτυπήθηκε σε ένα σημείο. Αυτό το κατάλαβα πριν καν ανοίξω τις συσκευασίες με τα κομμάτια διότι σε ένα σημείο ήταν εμφανώς σκισμένη η συσκευασία. Πήρα τηλέφωνο έπειτα στο κατάστημα να ρωτήσω έαν γίνεται να αντικατασταθεί το κομμάτι αυτό που ήρθε χτυπημένο προφανώς με ευθύνη του καταστήματος και η απάντηση από τον υπεύθυνο με ιδιαίτερα αυταρχικό και ερειστικό ύφος ηταν ότι τα έπιπλα κατά την μεταφορά τα προσέχουν σαν να είμαι αυγά και δεν υπάρχει καμία περίπτωση να τα χτύπησαν κατά την μεταφορά...επαγγελματισμος ΜΗΔΕΝ
I bought a bed which apparently was not placed correctly when transported by truck and it hit a spot. I understood this before I even opened the packages with the pieces because at one point the packaging was visibly torn. I then called the store to ask if it is possible to replace this piece that came obviously damaged by the store and the answer from the manager with a very authoritarian and provocative style was that the furniture during transport is taken care of as if I were eggs and there is no in no case did they hit them during the transfer ... professionalism ZERO
