Ειχα δώσει την παραγγελία μου από την προηγούμενη μέρα.
Πήγα στην εταιρία και μου είπαν να περιμένω έξω μέχρι να έρθει η σειρά μου. Προηγούνταν 3 άτομα.
Ζήτησα από την αρμόδια υπάλληλο αν μπορεί να μου δώσει προτεραιότητα γιατί στο αυτοκίνητο είχα μαζί μου το 6 μηνών μωρό μου.
Μου απάντησε να μην ανησυχώ και οτι θα εξυπηρετηθώ σύντομα.
Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν οχι μόνο ότι περίμενα 55 λεπτά αλλά υπήρξαν άτομα που ήρθαν πολυ αργότερα και επειδή μάλλον είχαν μεγαλύτερες σε αξία παραγγελίες εξυπηρετηθηκαν άμεσα. (Σε αυτούς είχαν εκτυπωμένα τα τιμολόγια τους ενώ εμείς οι "ψιλικατζιδες" περιμεναμε να εξυπηρετηθουμε "σύντομα ")
Forgivingly unacceptable !!!
I had placed my order from the previous day.
I went to the company and they told me to wait outside until it was my turn. It was preceded by 3 people.
I asked the official if he could give me priority because I had my 6 month old baby with me in the car.
He replied that I should not worry and that I would be served soon.
The result was not only that I waited 55 minutes but there were people who came much later and because they probably had larger orders in value they were served immediately. (They had their invoices printed on them while we "convenience stores" were waiting to be served "soon")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εταιρεία στην Ελλάδα στο θέμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών!!! Σε έχει 1 ώρα στο κρύο όρθιο για να πάρεις ένα κουτάκι....
The worst company in Greece in terms of customer service !!! It takes you 1 hour in the cold to get a box ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετηση πελατων χονδρικης,τουλαχιστον αθλια.και οσον αφορα τους πωλητες και οσον αφορα την τιμολογηση.αλλα προφανως το ψαρι βρωμαει απο το κεφαλι
Wholesale customer service, at least poorly. Both in terms of sellers and in terms of pricing. But obviously the fish stinks from the head
