★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get to the Castle From Nafplio City by a boat every 30min, you pay 5 Euro. Then the tour will take you to the island 10 min to land in it and walk around it is very small and nothing much to don't here since it's not open for public yet and there are construction work to be done. If you went for a paid your they will tell you the story about it as it was used as a military base and changed to hotel and all of that. At the end go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fortress is undergoing restoration until 2020 and at the moment closed for entrance and the landing place looks more like an abandoned building site. Charging € 4.5 per person is a little high for a 15 min stay on the island and a 15 min cruise. Apart from this the island has a magnificent view of Napfilo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it so magical from outside but there is nothing in it. When I went it is reconstruction time. If you are at Nauplion it’s recommended to see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great! But... it is closed for renovation, you cannot get inside, only outside alone the narrow line of land with a huge amount of construction wastes. Sea taxi goes every 30 minutes if 6 persons are on board, the cost 4.5 EURO. And not every time the skipper says that the castle is closed. But after 10 minutes walk along the castle you will go to a small cruise along the coastline to have views fron sea on Nafplion fort.
