Y	Yiannis Skafidas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κι όμως έζησα να το δω και αυτό!!! Σήμερα το πρωί υπάλληλος του Πρατηρίου μου αρνήθηκε την έκδοση Τιμολογίου Αγοράς Καυσίμων. Όταν του εξήγησα πως είμαι επαγγελματίας και πως είναι απαραίτητο το Τιμολόγιο μου ΑΡΝΗΘΗΚΕ ΜΕ ΑΓΕΝΕΙΑ και μου είπε αμα δεν σου αρέσει μην ξανάρθεις !!!!! Είμαι σε δίλημμα εαν θα πρέπει να το "προχωρήσω" με επίσημη καταγελία στην αρμόδια Υπηρεσία. ΘΛΙΒΕΡΟ και ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ! Το περιστατικό συνέβη στις 15/02/2022 και ώρα 07:00. And yet I lived to see that too !!! This morning an employee of my Gas Station refused to issue a Fuel Purchase Invoice. When I explained to him that I am a professional and that my Invoice is necessary, he RUELY REFUSED and he told me if you do not like it, do not come back !!!!! I am in a dilemma whether I should "proceed" with an official complaint to the competent Service. SAD and UNACCEPTABLE! The incident happened on 15/02/2022 at 07:00.
E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17/5/22: Δυστυχώς πήγα το αυτοκίνητό μου για ένα απλό πλύσιμο και κατέληξα να πληρώσω και 50€ σε κλειδαρά διότι μου τράβηξαν το κλειδί από τη μηχανή χωρίς να το έχουν γυρίσει πλήρως, με αποτέλεσμα να κρέμεται η «κεραια» και να μην παίρνει μπρος το αμάξι. Πέραν της ταλαιπωρίας και των χρημάτων που μου κόστισε η όλη ιστορία, δεν είχαν καν την ευθιξία να προσφερθούν να καλύψουν έστω ένα μέρος της βλάβης. Τη στιγμή που όταν μπήκα να πάρω το αμάξι ήταν κρεμασμένη η κλειδαριά και έπαιζε το ράδιο χωρίς κλειδί.. το είχαν ξεχαρβαλώσει.. Αφού ενημέρωσα για την ζημιά, είπαν δεν έγινε επίτηδες (προφανώς!) και ούτε λόγος για να αναλάβουν το κόστος. Δεν είχα την απαίτηση να πληρώσουν αν και θα έπρεπε, αλλά έστω να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία. Περιμενα στο σημείο που είχαν παρκάρει το αμάξι και προσπαθώντας να βγάλω άκρη για τουλάχιστον 2 ώρες.. Αν ήταν άλλος θα τους έκανε φασαρία. Απλά δεν ξαναπατάω και ας περνάω καθημερινά από εκεί. 17/5/22: Unfortunately I went to my car for a simple wash and I ended up paying 50 € to a locksmith because they pulled the key from the machine without turning it completely, with the result that the "antenna" hangs and does not gets in front of the car. Aside from the hassle and money that the whole story cost me, they did not even have the guts to offer to cover at least part of the damage. The moment I got in to get the car, the lock was hung and the radio was playing without a key .. they had dismantled it .. After I informed about the damage, they said it was not done intentionally (obviously!) And no reason to bear the cost. I did not demand that they pay, although they should, but let them even apologize for the inconvenience. I waited at the place where the car was parked and trying to get out for at least 2 hours .. If it was someone else it would make a fuss. I just do not cheat again and let me go through it every day.
