Λ	Λίνα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενδιαφέρθηκα για ένα ακίνητο πριν το Πάσχα, η απάντηση ήταν πως υπάρχουν αρκετοί ενδιαφερόμενοι, μετα το Πάσχα θα υπάρχει απάντηση και θα ενημερωθώ ειτε θετικά ειτε αρνητικα, οποτε δεν προσφερθηκε καποια συναντηση από καμια πλευρά για την υπόδειξη του ακινητου. Παιρνω μερικες εβδομαδες μετα τις γιορτές, ιδια απάντηση. Κοιταω περισσότερες εβδομαδες μετα, η αγγελία ειναι ανανεωμενη αυθημερον. Κατανοω ότι γίνονται λάθη ανθρωπινα, ηθελημένα ή αθελα, κατανοω το μάρκετινγκ. Δε κατανοω αυτή τη συμπεριφορά, δε ξερω γιατι μπορει να συμβαίνει. Αλλα είναι κρίμα να βρίσκεις ένα ωραίο ακίνητο ενώ ψαχνεις τοσο καιρο και να γίνεται αυτό. Ισως να μην εκανε η φωνή μου σαν σοβαρή υποψήφια, ειλικρινά δε ξερω. 16/6/2021 Σε σχέση με την απαντηση σας, έδωσα το ονομα όπως αναγράφεται στη ταυτότητα οχι το ονομα που με φωναζουν. Επίσης αν πιστεύετε ότι η περιγραφή που σας έκανα δε ταιριάζει με κανέναν που επικοινώνησε μαζί σας τοτε ενταξει. Εδω δε θα αφησω τα στοιχεία μου. Κοιτάξτε τα αρχεία σας εφόσον καταχωρείτε και καλέστε ξανα τους υποψηφίους που αμελησατε, τμήμα του Γαλατσίου ειστε, για ακινητο στο Γαλάτσι ενδιαφερθηκα. Μην απαντάτε με ωραιοποιημενες φράσεις ωστε να φανω ψευτικο προσωπο. Οπως η κριτική μου δε θα λυσει το προβλημα, ετσι και οι φράσεις τυπου " δεν εχουμε Λίνα " δεν αποτελουν αποδειξη για κατι. Ακινητο ψαχνω και έκανα κριτική βαση της εμπειρίας μου. Η φήμη σας η τα ποσοστα ικανοποιημένων πελατών δεν εχει να κανει με την εμπειρία μου. Με μια υπεύθυνη για αρκετα ακινητα μίλησα εις διπλούν. I am looking for real estate and I made a critical basis of my experience. Your reputation or the percentage of satisfied customers has nothing to do with my experience. I spoke twice with a person in charge of several properties.

Нам обещали, что будут искать одновременно, т.е. продажа-купля.В итоге за полгода нам показали лишь одну квартиру,которая нам не подошлаПеред истечением договора предложили другую квартиру, которая нам понравилась.Договорились на субботу.Реелтор даже не позвонила.Рандеву не состоялось.На нашу же квартиру, как нас уверяли, клиентов не находилось, как нам сказали.В последние дни договора нам привели 2 раза людей.После всего мы расторгнули наш вобоюдный договор.Надеемся, что нам помогут в другом агентстве.
