β β β β β My partner and I booked this hotel over 2 months ago, has to cancel a week later. IT has taken this hotel 2 months to process our refund! They promised us on three different occasions the refund would be processed but never was, we sent about 15 emails only to be ignored, tried calling and they would almost never pick up. Today we finally received a refund with a dodgy cash receipt. If this is how they treat their customers Iβm so glad we never stayed here.

β β β β β I was really excited to come to Branco, but the beach side has a really bad service. My group of friends and I waited for 1 hour waiting for them to give us a table or sunbeds, and we had to talk to the employees because nobody paid us any attention. After a long time, they gave us a place to sit. The ambience was nice.

β β β β β If you go in the off season, the beach beds are free. I went at the beginning/middle of April. The nacho with tzatziki sauce was pricey but really good. The best entree I ordered at the restaurant was the Rigatoni with truffles. It was so flavorful and delicious! Based on my friends who ordered other dishes, they were either good or okay and crab tacos I ordered were okay so I highly recommend the Rigatoni. Lastly the environment is beautiful and the service was great.

β β β β β Only visited the restaurant and got to say that it's basically located beach front.
Nice and gentle staff and also the Club Sandwich wasn't bad at all.
Just don't go there if you're on a budget.
Pricey place, like mostly everywhere in Mykonos.

β β β β β Great place to chill have some special cocktails and enjoy chill music at the great beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot, payed about 100β¬ for the whole day with 5 cocktails, water, food and sun bed. Service is very nice and the restrooms, and hotel area is just beautiful.

β β β β β The sushi was excellent and the fish seemed pretty fresh. The tempura roll with dumplings was a decent size for one person.
The DJ is great and the staff for the beach are super friendly. The ones at the restaurant werenβt that welcoming.
Cocktails are strong, just how I like it. Will come again.
