★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η διαμονή μας στο Brand new appartment touching Acropolis ήταν μια απολαυστική εμπειρία. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο Κουκάκι (το οποίο απέχει με περπάτημα από το Κέντρο, Σύνταγμα-Ερμού μόνο 12 λεπτά), μόλις 3-4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από 2 σταθμούς μετρό, της Ακρόπολης και Συγγρού Φιξ αλλά και από τα σημαντικότερα αξιοθέατα της Αθήνας. Γι'αυτό, παρά τη μικρή μας διαμονή, καταφέραμε να επισκεφτούμε το μουσείο της Ακρόπολης, τον πεζόδρομο της Διονυσίου Αρεοπαγίτου και το λόφο του Φιλοπάππου και να παρακολουθήσουμε παράσταση το ίδιο βράδυ στο Ηρώδειο, περπατώντας λίγα μέτρα από το διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, διακοσμημένος με γούστο, διαθέτει κλιματισμό, πολύ αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι, μεγάλο μοντέρνο μπάνιο και όλες τις ανέσεις όπως μεταξύ άλλων πλυντήριο πιάτων. Στο όμορφο καθιστικό αλλά και το μπαλκόνι απολαύσαμε ένα ποτήρι κρασί. Το κυριότερο, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα στη διάθεσή μας, πρόθυμος να μας κάνει προτάσεις για εξόδους και να λύσει τυχόν απορίες μας. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην Αθήνα! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
 Our stay at Brand new appartment touching Acropolis was an enjoyable experience. The apartment is located in a great spot in Koukaki (which is only 12 minutes walk from the Center, Syntagma-Ermou), just 3-4 minutes walk from 2 metro stations, the Acropolis and Syggrou Fix but also one of the most important sights Athena's. That is why, despite our short stay, we managed to visit the Acropolis Museum, the pedestrian street of Dionysios Areopagitos and the hill of Filopappos and watch a show the same night at the Herodeion, walking a few meters from the apartment. The space is spotless, tastefully decorated, has air conditioning, very comfortable bed, large modern bathroom and all amenities such as a dishwasher. In the beautiful living room and on the balcony we enjoyed a glass of wine. Most importantly, the host was always at our disposal, willing to make us suggestions for outings and to answer any questions we may have. We will definitely come again on our next visit to Athens! We highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for one month in Yanni's appartment and I absolutely loved it! The interior is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the balcony is a real asset. The appartment is well equipped and there is airconditioning in the living room and bedroom (which is really helpful given that Athens is super warm in the summer)! Furthermore, I stayed here for work/studies, and the WiFi connection is super fast.
The appartment is very well located in the heart of Koukaki, close to bars, restaurants and a lovely ice-cream place. The Akropolis is a couple of streets away (5 minute walk) and the metro (Sygrou-Fix) is super close as well (3 minute walk).
I definitely recommend this place! Yanni is a super host and reacts really fast when you have questions. Thank you Yanni for the nice time I could spend here! Till next time!
