Ζήτησα ψωμί με προζύμι και μου έδωσαν ένα σα Γαλλική μπαγκέτα.
When they say the stone they mean that the buns are like stone. And they naturally say they are morning too. (the previous day).
I asked for bread with leaven and they gave me a French baguette.
