★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From here you can start to walk the canyon Rimodo. But is not convinient in case if you let your car stay here. For the best part of the canyon beter to start walk near village Bopeio. Near church there are the signs showing the way to canyon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A simple stone bridge that once carried the main road from Kalamata to Kardamyli and beyond, it is difficult to imagine that it would bear the traffic. Now it has been bypassed and sits quietly just a little downstream (though usually without water) from the current bridge. It is pretty enough, but its main claim is as the starting point for a walk up the Rindomo or Koskarakas Gorge. In truth, the gorge starts a little further upstream and can be accessed more easily through the village of Toubia, but the bridge has the advantage of being on the main road and having a section of the old road which can be used for parking.
