G	George Aspasidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν θα είχα τη δυνατότητα να έβαζα μηδέν θα έβαζα μηδέν και αυτό γιατί στην πρώτη μου παραγγελία για φωτιστικα οροφής γυψοσανίδας μου Τα έφεραν σπασμένα και χτυπημένα και το αλουμίνιο και το καπάκι το πλαστικό. Δεν μπορούσε κανένας από το κατάστημα ενώ ήτανε περίπου 4 άτομα να ανοίξουν να δουν τη παραλάμβανε όταν τους Το έφεραν και πρέπει να έρθει ο πελάτης από την άλλη άκρη να το παραλάβει και το είδαμε όλοι μαζί εκείνη τη στιγμή. Την επόμενη μέρα έγινε αντικατάσταση. Στη δεύτερη μου πάλι την παραγγελία που χρειαζόμασταν πάλι βέργες αλουμινίου και πλαστικό κάλυμμα όπου τοποθετήθηκε σε οροφή γυψοσανίδας είχα παραγγείλει ΔΥΟ βέργες από 2 μέτρα η κάθε μία και μου έφεραν μόνο τη μία Βέργα. Πάλι θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω είναι δυνατόν Όταν τους παραδίδουν κάτι να μην ελέγχουν και να ταλαιπωρούν τον πελάτη που πάλι ήρθα από την άλλη άκρη να τα πάρω. Η απάντησή τους ήτανε και τι να κάνουμε τώρα να πάει ο άνθρωπος να ανοίξει τις αποθήκες ? Και εγώ τους απάντησα Ναι να πάει να ανοίξει επειδή έκανε λάθος και να φέρει και το δεύτερο φωτιστικό- ράγες γιατί εγώ που ήρθα από την άλλη άκρη και ταλαιπωρούμαι δεν είμαι άνθρωπος αυτός που έκανε το λάθος αυτός θα πρέπει και να ταλαιπωρηθεί. Η απάντησή τους ήτανε δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι παραπάνω( τους είχα ενημερώσει ότι στο σπίτι που γινόταν η ανακαίνιση έπρεπε να μπει ένα μωράκι 7 μηνών και δεν έχω τη δυνατότητα καθυστέρησης, το να ξαναφέρω τους ηλεκτρολόγους και να τους ξανά πληρώνω δεν τους ένοιαξε καθόλου) την επόμενη μέρα ενώ είχαν πει ότι θα μου τηλεφωνήσουν το πρωί και θα μου τα παραδώσουν άμεσα εφτασε 10:30 και κανένα τηλέφωνο από την εταιρεία. Κάποια φωτιστικά οροφής ευτυχώς τα πήρα από το κατάστημα Petridis σε πολύ καλύτερη τιμή κατόπιν υποδειξεως του αρχιτέκτονα μου. Ο πολυέλαιος κόστιζε περίπου 800€ (700-800) και η συνολική παραγγελία ηταν κάτι λιγότερο απο 1000€. Το ποσό μάλλον τους φάνηκε μικρό και για Πτολεμαΐδα μου είπαν να πληρώσω και την μεταφορική του πολυέλαιου αφού το κουτί δεν χώραγε στο αυτοκίνητο και δεν μπορούσα να το πάρω. Οταν άνοιξα το κουτί αντίκρισα μια ψεύτικη συρματινη κατασκευή την οποία έπρεπε να συναρμολογησω εγώ! Αισθάνθηκα σαν να εχω ψωνίσει απο φθηνό κατάστημα του skroutz ή από το Ikea! Έπρεπε κάθε κρυσταλλάκι του πολυέλαιου να το τοποθετήσω εγω σε αυτόν και το προϊόν αν και συναρμολογουμενο δεν περιείχε καν οδηγίες συναρμολογησης. Εννοείται ότι πριν από την πώληση δεν ειχαν αναφέρει ποτέ ότι πρέπει να το συναρμολογησω εγώ και από τη στιγμή που δεν ηταν συναρμολογημενο δεν δικαιολογουσε σε καμία περίπτωση τον όγκο της συσκευασίας λόγω της οποίας χρεώθηκα και μεταφορικά. Στα παράπονα μου η απάντηση ήταν οτι αυτοί το ειχαν συναρμολογησει σχετικά εύκολα και δεν είναι τόσο δύσκολο και όλο αυτό έγινε για την ασφάλεια μου. Βαζω ενα αστεράκι γιατί δεν υπάρχει το 0. Δεν εξυοηρετήθηκα, εξαπατήθηκα. I got some ceiling lights and a chandelier for my office.
