K	Konstantinos Tsoumakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε για να ζητήσουμε μία προσφορά για κάποια φώτα, ο συνεργάτης που μας εξυπηρέτησε μας είπε κάποιες τιμές για τα φωτιστικά και μας είπε ότι θα μας έστελνε προσφορά ολοκληρωμένη, τον ρωτήσαμε γιατί δεν μας την έγραφε εκείνη την στιγμή και μας απάντησε ότι θα μας την στείλει με μέιλ μέσα σε 1-2 μέρες, ταυτόχρονα όμως δεν κρατούσε την παραμικρή σημείωση για τα φωτιστικά που μας ενδιέφεραν και σε ερώτηση μας είπε : "τα θυμάμαι..." Μετά από 2 μέρες καλέσαμε να ρωτήσουμε αν υπάρχει κάποιο νέο μας είπαν να περιμένουμε, μετά από 4 μέρες ξανακαλεσαμε και μας είπαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας ο "υπεύθυνος", ο οποίος δεν έκανε ποτέ τον κόπο.. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα καλέσαμε στο κεντρικό κατάστημα της Πεύκης δίνοντας μία τελευταία ευκαιρία επειδή μας άρεσαν τα συγκεκριμένα φωτιστικά, η απάντηση τους ήταν αφού τους είπαμε το ιστορικό και δίνοντας τους ξανά όνομα και τηλέφωνο ότι θα μιλήσουν με το κατάστημα και θα μας καλούσαν άμεσα. 1 μήνα μετά ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση... Φυσικά και αγοράσαμε από αλλού τα φωτιστικά αλλά δεν έχω ξαναδεί χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ούτε σε μικρό μαγαζάκι γειτονιάς. Εν ολίγοις τους παρακαλουσαμε να ψωνίσουμε αλλά απαξιουσαν. We went to ask for a quote for some lights, the service partner told us some prices for the lights and told us he would send us a complete quote, we asked him why he didn't write it to us at that time and replied that he would send it to us by email within 1-2 days, but at the same time he didn't keep the slightest note about the luminaires we were interested in and said in a question: "I remember them ..." After 2 days we called to ask if there was any new we were told to wait, after 4 days we were called again and told that the "manager" would contact us, who never bothered. After a week we called the Pefki main store giving one last chance because we liked the particular lamps, their answer was after we told them the story and gave them a name and phone again that they would talk to the store and would call us immediately. 1 month later neither voice nor hearing ... Of course we bought the lights elsewhere but I have never seen worse customer service or a small neighborhood store. In short we begged them to shop but apaxiousan.
I	Irene P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δίνω αρνητική βαθμολογία μόνο για το θέμα της εξυπηρέτησης και της συμπεριφοράς. Επισκεφθήκαμε το κατάστημα μισή ώρα πριν κλείσει. Όλοι οι πωλητές ήταν απασχολημένοι , γεγονός το οποίο είναι κατανοητό. Στην διάρκεια της επίσκεψης μας ,μας βοήθησε ένας τεχνικός/ηλεκτρολόγος του καταστήματος ,ο οποίος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και μας κατατόπισε όσο μπορούσε. Μας διευκρίνησε πως μόλις τελειώσει κάποιος απο τους πωλητες θα μπορούσαμε να ρωτήσουμε ότι άλλο θέλουμε. Περιμένοντας,ρωτησαμε στο ταμείο (καθώς είδαμε πως ένας υπάλληλος είχε τελειώσει να εξυπηρετεί)αν κάποιος μπορεί να μας μιλήσει. Μας είπε όχι. Σκεφτήκαμε πως και αυτό είναι κατανοητό καθώς ήταν λίγα λεπτά πρίν κλείσει το κατάστημα (αν και δεν είχαμε κανένα σκοπό να καθυστερήσουμε τους υπαλλήλους καθώς είμαστε κι εμείς εργαζόμενοι). Το εξωφρενικό είναι πως πριν αποχωρήσουμε ο συγκεκριμένος υπάλληλος (περνόντας απο μπροστά μας και έχοντας δει πως περιμένουμε) ,ξεκλείδωσε την πόρτα του καταστήματος και άνοιξε σε ζευγάρι που ήρθε μετα τις 15.30, τους έβαλε μέσα και άρχισε να τους εξυπηρετεί. Ειλικρινά λυπάμαι γιατί πήγαμε συστημένοι. Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο αυτό που συνέβη. Ίσως το θέμα της επιλεκτικής εξυπηρέτησης να πρέπει να το λάβετε υπόψη σας. I give a negative rating only on the issue of service and behavior. We visited the store half an hour before it closed. All the sellers were busy, which is understandable. During our visit, we were helped by a technician / electrician of the store, who was very kind and informed us as much as he could. He explained to us that once one of the sellers was finished we could ask what else we wanted. While waiting, we asked the cashier (as we saw that an employee had finished serving) if anyone could speak to us. He told us no. We thought this was understandable as it was a few minutes before the store closed (although we had no intention of delaying the employees as we are also employees). The outrageous thing is that before we left the specific employee (passing in front of us and having seen that we are waiting), unlocked the door of the store and opened it to a couple who came after 15.30, put them in and started serving them. I'm sincerely sorry we went registered. I find what happened unacceptable. The issue of selective service may need to be considered.

I was not excited .... but..ok .... it is worth going .... I did not find what I wanted but it's my fault .... I do not put 5 because I did not leave to say wow out of service .... maybe bad day
