★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά βαθμολογώ τοσο νωρίς χωρίς να έχει έρθει ακόμα η παραγγελία στον χώρο μου!! για μια τραπεζαρια ξεκίνησα ...θα παρω από τι φαίνεται τα παντα από αυτό το μαγαζί που βρήκα τυχαία στο ίντερνετ!! ο κ.νοντας σε κοιτάει σαν άνθρωπο και προσπαθεί να σε εξυπηρέτηση και να σου απαντήσει ολες τις απορίες και το πιο σημαντικό να φύγεις χαρούμενος από το μαγαζί του γιατι θα είσαι σίγουρος ότι έκανες την πιο σωστή επιλογή σε επιπλο (διαστάσεις κτλ)
 For the first time I grade so early without the order has arrived at my place yet !! for a dining room I started ... I will get what it looks like from this store that I found by chance on the internet !! Mr. is looking at you as a person and trying to serve you and answer all your questions and most importantly to leave his shop happy because you will be sure that you made the right choice in furniture (dimensions etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την πρώτη μου τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με την Αντιγόνη, ψυχή του καταστήματος, έως και την παραλαβή του χειροποίητου καθρέπτη, αισθάνθηκα τον υψηλό επαγγελματισμό, την γνώση αλλά και το αληθινό νοιάξιμο προκειμένου να καταλήξω στην παραγγελία του ιδανικού καθρέπτη! Η Αντιγόνη, αφιέρωσε χρόνο βλέποντας φωτογραφίες από το σημείο που θα κρεμούσα τον καθρέπτη, κρίνοντας από τις διαστάσεις των επίπλων μου, το στυλ της διακόσμησης, βοηθώντας με ουσιαστικά, να κάνω την πιο σωστή επιλογή. Κυριολεκτικά αισθάνθηκα «σαν στο σπίτι μου». Ο καθρέπτης που παρέλαβα είναι καλύτερος απ’ όσο τον είχα φανταστεί. Δουλεμένος στο χέρι, προσεγμένος στις λεπτομέρειες, υψηλής ποιότητας αποτελεί ένα έργο τέχνης που θα περάσει στις επόμενες γενιές. Σε περίοπτη θέση ομορφαίνει πλέον το σπίτι και τις ζωές μας!
Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για τον καθρέπτη και την υπέροχη αύρα!
From my first phone call with Antigone, the soul of the store, to the receipt of the handmade mirror, I felt the high professionalism, the knowledge and the real care in order to end up ordering the ideal mirror! Antigone took the time to look at photos of where I would hang the mirror, judging by the size of my furniture, the style of the decoration, essentially helping me make the right choice. I literally felt "at home." The mirror I received is better than I ever imagined. Handmade, meticulous in detail, high quality is a work of art that will be passed on to future generations. In a prominent position, it now beautifies our home and our lives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος bonsai ήταν από τις καλύτερες. Παρήγγειλα (για πρώτη φορά)μια βιβλιοθήκη και μέσα σε δύο μέρες την είχα σπίτι μου. Η βιβλιοθήκη έφτασε αψεγάδιαστη στον πέμπτο όροφο και μετά από υπόδειξη μου τοποθετήθηκε στο δωμάτιο . Οι μεταφορείς πολύ ευγενικοί καθώς επίσης και η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα για τα χαρακτηριστικά του προϊόντος και την επιβεβαίωση της παραγγελίας. Και όλα αυτά εν μέσω lockdown!
The service of the bonsai store was one of the best. I ordered (for the first time) a library and within two days I had it at home. The library arrived flawlessly on the fifth floor and at my suggestion was placed in the room. The carriers are very polite as well as the telephone communication with the store for the product features and the order confirmation. And all this in the middle of a lockdown!
