★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very different from what we have seen in both continental Greece and its islands during last 20 years - only a handful of such gem finds, not in the rather simple mainstream setup of Greek restaurants and tavernas. Creative, interesting, tasty, unexpected, quality dishes, medium portions, excellent service and very reasonably priced for what you are getting in return. Thanks again for foodie experience while travelling To Tsakgarada / Pelion and back again. Highly recommended not to miss Brighton Gastronomiko place while passing through Volos.

Dishes are very sophisticated, with lots of ingredients and sauces. It tries to pull out haute cuisine, and when it succeeds it's tasty and exciting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a quiet location not far away from downtown , i experienced something unique. Something new. Food quantities were not pretty big but the variety of combinations was shocking. Also the food quality was very nice. Prices were a bit high but totally worth it.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, always willing to suggest alternatives and accommodate your requests. Plenty of choices available for vegans and vegetarians, with the purest and tastiest materials in delicious combinations. Totally recommend a visit!!!
