Το τσιπουράδικο έχει περίπου 12 τραπέζια και ΜΟΝΟΝ ΕΝΑ σερβιτόρο, οποίος είναι μίζερος και αγενής και αναγκάζεται να τρέχει διαρκώς σαν τον Βέγγο. Ένας από την παρέα μας έκανε το λάθος να ζητήσει ένα καθαρό πιατάκι και η απάντηση ήταν, σε άγριο τόνο, ότι δεν δίνουν καθαρά πιατάκια γιατί το τσιπουράδικο είναι “παραδοσιακό”! Ένας άλλος έκανε επίσης το μέγα σφάλμα να ρωτήσεις εάν μπορούμε να παραγγείλουμε “έξτρα”, για να εισπράξει την οργισμένη απάντηση ”Δεν βλέπεις ότι πνίγομαι στη δουλειά; Έχω καιρό για έξτρα τώρα;”. Όταν δε τολμήσαμε να ρωτήσουμε γιατί δεν παίρνουν περισσότερους σερβιτόρους μας είπε ότι “δεν βγαίνει”, υπονοώντας ότι είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης. Ο Βόλος έχει πολύ καλύτερα τσιπουράδικα, στα οποία η αγένεια και το θράσος δεν θεωρείται κάτι το “παραδοσιακό”. Όσο οι Βολιώτες δίνουν τα χρήματά τους σε τέτοια μαγαζιά, τόσο κάτι τέτοιοι τύποι θα αποθρασύνονται και θα χειροτερεύουν. Σε πολλές πόλεις (π.χ. Θεσ/νίκη), αυτό το μαγαζί θα είχε κλείσει προ πολλού.
