Hotel pięknie położony, dzięki czemu możemy z niego podziwiać magiczną okolicę. Pokój czysty, lozko wygodne, łazienka raczej malenka. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Obsługa miła, sprawna i rzetelna. Serdecznie polecam. Schody są-fakt. Komary tez są ;) Do dyspozycji dwa baseny, leżaki. Do plaży piaszczystej około 200m, jedno z najładniejszych miejsc na Korfu ;)
The hotel is beautifully situated, so we can admire the magical surroundings from it. Clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom rather small. The food is very good. Nice, efficient and reliable service. I heartily recommend it. The stairs are - fact. Mosquitoes are there too;) There are two swimming pools, sun loungers. To the sandy beach about 200m, one of the most beautiful places in Corfu;)

Pros: -Beautiful views and great pools -Relatively clean, sizeable rooms, cleaned (inaccurate, but daily) -Comfortable, large bed -Very polite waiters in the restaurant -Good food (albeit monotonous but tasty) Minuses: - Clogged drain in shower -Internet did not work in the room at all (fortunately, it is enough to walk a bit to the court and the network "catches") - Drinks made of alcohol diluted with water. Terrible. It was impossible to drink it. If the hotel cannot afford to make normal drinks in large amounts, then have them raise the price of the all inclusive package and after the problem, do not cheat people. - Misunderstanding with hotel staff - they rented someone else a car which had been booked by us (we also paid a deposit). The deposit was returned, but we were left without a car, and it was our last day in Corfu, also the disgust remained.

Dobra zgodność jakości do ceny.
Good value for money. Rooms modest, clean, large and comfortable bed - including the one we had an amazing sea view and a large balcony. A lot of stairs, because the hotel is on a hill, but this guarantees the already mentioned beautiful views. Drinks like in all inclusive events, so don't expect much, but there is something for everyone. Delicious food :) Very close to a sandy beach with clear water. The service is also very polite. We recommend - there is nothing to be influenced by bad opinions.

Hotel powinien mieć 2 gwiazdki. Jedzenie bardzo słabe i monotonne. Pracownicy hotelu pracują jakby za karę , mało własnej inicjatywy
The hotel should be 2 stars. Food very poor and monotonous. Hotel employees work as if as a punishment, little of their own initiative

Kupa schodów, jedzenie jałowe i monotonne. Zaro atrakcji wieczorami .
I consider the stay at the Brillinat Rssort hotel from 1 to 10 to 6+. With + surely beautiful surroundings and views from the hotulu to the bay. On the downside, it's definitely poor hotel service. No towels, no safe in the room. After reporting the problem, no interest on the part of the hotel service, adhere to the principle of "5 minutes" will be done in a moment, and we did not receive it until the departure. Lots of stairs, food sterile and monotonous. Zaro attractions in the evenings.

Byłam w hotelu w ramienia biura Grecos w części „Brillant Resort Spa”. I polecam tę opcje. Polecam dać w pierwszym dniu barmanowi w pool barze większy napiwek ;) Największa zaleta hotelu to niesamowity widok i piękne położenie. Drinki w barze dość proste, jak to bywa w AI: piwo, wino, proste mixy z napojami i kilka koktajli dostępnych wieczorem. Kilka razy były wieczorne animacje.
I stayed at the hotel on behalf of the Grecos office in the "Brillant Resort Spa" area. And I recommend this option. As for the room - I had a newer part with a view of maybe a Junior Suite. I had no objection to him. However, I have heard many bad opinions about other rooms, especially in the older part offered by Itaka. During the 14-day stay, the room was cleaned practically every day for the first 7 days. However, not once for the next 7 days. I have no idea what it resulted from. Perhaps because they were fully booked. 2x no towels left in the room despite reporting to the reception in the evening - nothing could be done about it because they had no more towels. As for the meals - for the first 7 days it was ok. The choice was not huge, but it was possible to compose a meaningful meal. There was feta every day, olives, fresh vegetables, meat, fish, once a grill with souvlaki, fruit (mainly watermelon, apples, pears), desserts. In the next 7 days, no feta cheese or olives appeared at all. There was much less choice. Similarly, in the Saint George hotel, the restaurant of which we could also use. And I recommend this option, because the choice there was still greater. Service mostly Ok. I recommend giving the bartender in the pool bar a bigger tip on the first day;) The biggest advantage of the hotel is the amazing view and beautiful location. It is true - there are some stairs in it due to its location on the hill, but for healthy people it is not that bothersome. Unfortunately, our countrymen throw towels on the sunbeds every morning, so after breakfast there was usually a problem with a free place, but this is a matter of people who will be on a given stay. Bar drinks quite simple as it is in AI: beer, wine, simple mixes with drinks and a few cocktails available in the evening. There were animations in the evening several times.

We just spend a week at the Brilliant Resort/Porto Demo Hotel in Corfu and I'm already planning our next visit. We loved every moment. This is the perfect place to go and relax. The rooms are cleaned daily and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maitre d, Napoleon, and his staff made sure that the food was delicious and plentiful. We had a wonderful time and have come home feeling totally relaxed.

On arrival on Friday 3rd June we were not given our booked accommodation in an adult only hotel. We were placed in alternative family hotel that was in now way 4 stars, the adjacent St George hotel. It was not a deluxe room, nor did it have the sea view that we paid a premium for. It lacked basic amenities such as kettle, cups, towels, toiletries etc to achieve 4 stars, even by Greek tourism standards, and was in a poor state of repair, the shower door handle broke off due to corrosion when we tried to open it. The reception staff were rude and unapologetic. We witnessed two other couples on arrival being treated in the same manner and not being given the accommodation they had paid a premium for. We complained but were told the hotel was fully booked and that they would move us to our accommodation the next day. Being in a more remote part of Corfu we had no other choice and no phone reception to call anywhere. We then had to wait the next day waiting for a call to tell us our room was ready to move to the hotel we had paid for. The call never came after spending the day sat in the hotel bar waiting as we had phone reception there. My wife went to reception after 3pm to witness 20+ people being given rooms in our hotel, she had to argue forcefully to get a room in the hotel we paid for. The lady behind the reception desk throwed keys at my wife when she realised she would not stand down or allow the other 20+ people to be booked in. We got into our room at 5pm on the next day, they never transferred our cases, they left them outside in the direct sunlight at reception and one case contained my diabetes insulin medication that has to be kept cool. I had to retrieve these myself and drag them up the hill with the help of a nice but very small staff lad from Albania who was clearly fed up with the way guests were being treated. Normally they use vans to transport guests luggage due to it being built on a steep hill and a large number of steps which are often uneven and slippery. At this point I was ready to leave the hotel in disgust and pure anger at the way we had been treated but my wife managed to calm me down. The room in Brilliant Hotel was better then the St George but still in no way a 4 star or a boutique hotel in any sense, we had booked Porto Demo Boutique but all are just one big comple. No cups, coffee, toiletries, only 1 towel and 1 foot mat, curtains not attached to the rail etc. we requested from the cleaners more but were told none were available until the next day. In total we spoke to twelve couples who all suffered the same situation, mostly British. On the 3rd night we witnessed a couple arguing with the hotel manager (possibly owner) in the middle of the restaurant who had been stuck in the St George hotel for 2 nights when they had paid for the same Deluxe Sea Room View room, adults only, that we had. The hotel often stunk of raw sewage at various locations as they were failing to regularly empty the tanks and many of the slippery steps were constantly covered in water with permanent slip hazard signs (no attempt was made in the time we were there to fix the issue), both are clear health and safety breaches. The main tank at the top of the hill sat with its red overfill warning light on for 3 days before being emptied. We struggled everyday to find sunbeds that were available and more importantly not broken to the point they could not be used or torn to the point you sat on the metal bars. We went back to the St George pool on several days as we could not get beds at the Porto Demo due to the usual suspects putting towels on them. I conservatively estimate 30%+ of the sun beds at the St George were unfit for use and no attempts were being made to fix or remove them. If you have booked this hotel for later in the year I would honestly look to cancel it if you can. And all the comments about the steps are true, if you are not physically fit you will struggle.
