I’ve called 100 times in the am embassy in Athens and other consulates and NO one answered like what’s the point of this ?

1)I have some feedback to give you RE your TLScontact centre that you are using for processing documents for visas applications.3weeks ago your computers were not working, as a result the applicants had to go again after 1week,This is not very professional, All the applicants should have received an sms or email cancellation for their apps.Nobody ever apologised to my poor old parents travelling from Crete all the way to Athens in this cold and snow. 2)you denied visa to my both parents although 1 of them is retired and the other one working full time and both of them have enough £ funding to support themselves and private health insurance. 3)I have a 9months old baby boy that my parents have not met yet,I am a professional Physiotherapist and married with a British gentleman.I feel how you have dealt with the situation it is a discrimination agains myself and my family, The comments that I received via email from yourself are not very professional and you will not let me appeal on this refusal decision. I feel sorry for myself living in the UK. Tourists cannot visit, professionals cannot work here, I am not very sure for the future of this country, it is going downhill I reckon. I have already contacted BBC Tv and my MP liberal democrats.I will take this further and I will post on all the social media, shame on you for this useless process wasting my time and my money. Very poor service, disgusting behaviour.

The service I received from the staff this morning, particularly Melli was absolutely amazing. They were kind, helpful and went to great lengths to help and support me at a very stressful time for my family and I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Appears to be run by Greeks and other foreigners. Need I say more? Terrible, lethargic & absolutely useless.
