Πήγα να ζητήσω αν γίνεται μια αλλαγή 17 μέρες μετά (η πολιτική τους είναι 15 μέρες) εν μέσω πανδημίας και κυρίως μετά την βδομάδα της κακοκαιρίας που ήμασταν αποκλεισμένοι από τα χιόνια στην Κηφισιά και η απάντηση ήταν αρνητική και το ύφος τους απαράδεκτο! Tragic service! I went to ask if there is a change 17 days later (their policy is 15 days) in the middle of a pandemic and especially after a week of bad weather when we were excluded from the snow in Kifissia and the answer was no and their style is unacceptable!
Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑΝΘΗ ΜΑΝΙΑΤΑΚΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση και εξυπηρέτηση. Επισκέφθηκα πρόσφατα το κατάστημα Κηφισιάς για να κάνω μια αλλαγή δώρου (είδος σε έκπτωση). Εκεί, οι υπάλληλοι δεν γνώριζαν τις ισχύουσες τιμές, τα ποσοστά εκπτώσεων, δεν εφάρμοσαν τους ίδιους όρους/ποσοστά εκπτώσεων ανάμεσα στο είδος που επιστράφηκε και στο νέο είδος που αγοράσθηκε (εκπτωτικό πάλι), το κυριότερο -δε- στο ταμείο για το νέο είδος ζητήθηκε αξία υψηλότερη από την αναγραφόμενη στο καρτελάκι. Η υπάλληλος, αν και δήλωσε υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος, δεν ήταν σε θέση να δώσει σοβαρές εξηγήσεις. Unacceptable treatment and service. I recently visited the Kifissia store to make a gift change (item at a discount). There, the employees did not know the current prices, the discount rates, did not apply the same terms / discount rates between the item returned and the new item purchased (discount again), the main -bond- at the fund for the new item was requested value higher than that indicated on the tab. The clerk, although she said she was in charge of the store, was not able to give a serious explanation.
