Please watch out for this place as it's unfortunately not reliable at all and the owner is not an honest person. We ordered platinum wedding rings more than a month before the wedding and he said he is perfectly fine with doing these and also fine with timing. I don't want to describe the whole story, but he first did the rings not according to the shape we agreed and scratched the bridal ring to the point that it wasn't usable, so he said he will redo them and again confirmed he is fine time wise. We trusted him and it was a HUGE mistake. Until two days before the wedding, when he said he actually DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO PLATINUM AND HE CANNOT COMMIT TO TIMING!!! just imagine the stress... We had to rush to find another jewel and had to end up with white gold rings as the other jewel could not have ordered platinum ones for us on time. It looks like Iordanis didn't do platinum ever before in his life and he was just lying to us the whole time instead of just saying honestly from the beginning that he cannot commit. I don't even want to mention that we had to follow up with him most of the times because he seemed to have been forgetting about us. Please save yourself some stress and find another jewel, there are many great ones in the area.
