Δεν προσπαθούν να σε πείσουν όπως πράττουν οι περισσότεροι πωλητές φροντίζουν να σε ενημερωνουν για αυτό που βλέπουν ότι ενδιαφέρεσαι. Πρόσφατα ήμουν μάρτυρας αντικατάστασης ενός denim μετά από αποδεδειγμένη αστοχία υφάσματος. Εύγε Excellent company with a worthy staff name. Helpful, friendly. They do not try to convince you as most salespeople do to keep you informed of what they see you are interested in. I recently witnessed a denim replacement after a proven fabric failure. Well done

Το πρώτο κατάστημα σε περίοδο εκπτώσεων που είχε απόλυτη ταξη πράγμα που εκανε τις αγορες μου εκει ευκολες και γρήγορες . Με την βοήθεια του άψογα καταρτισμένο προσωπικού (Κ Σωτηροπούλου). Congratulations on the Athens mall store. I found that I was just looking. The first store in a season of discounts that made my shopping easy and fast. With the help of perfectly trained staff (Mr Sotiropoulou).

t	teris gerou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα δωροκαρτα 60 €.πήρα ένα ρούχο 59.90€ και μου λέει η ταμιας:Δεν μπορώ να κάνω τη συναλλαγή γιατί αυτό που διαλέξατε κοστίζει λιγότερο..πρέπει να πάρετε κ κάτι άλλο να καλυφθούν τα 10 cents!!!Της απάντησα ότι δεν χρειάζομαι τίποτα άλλο.Δεν γίνεται μου λέει.οταν την ρώτησα πόσο κοστίζει το πιο φθηνο είδος μου φόρτωσε ένα σκραντσι λαϊκής που το πουλάνε στον πάγκο 50 λεπτά 10€ !!!!!!!!!!!ΓΙΑ 10 cents 10 €..ΑΛΗΤΕΊΑ ΤΟΥ ΜΑΡΚΕΤΙΝΓΚ λέγεται. Όχι πολιτική του καταστήματος. Αν δεν ήταν το δώρο δεν θα πάταγα ποτέ εκεί μέσα...Ούτε σ αυτό ούτε στα όμοια του.Αηδια απέχθεια κ τίποτα περισσότερο. I had a gift card 60 €. I bought a dress 59.90 € and the cashier tells me: I can not make the transaction because what you chose costs less .. you have to get something else to cover the 10 cents !!! I replied that I do not need anything other.It's not possible she tells me.when I asked her how much the cheapest item costs me she loaded a popular scratch that they sell on the counter 50 minutes 10 € !!!!!!!!!!! FOR 10 cents 10 € ..HIS FRAUD It is called MARKETING. No store policy. If it were not for the gift I would never have stepped in there ... Neither in this nor in the like. Δυστυχώς, αρχές του μήνα που πήγα για να αγοράσω ρούχο για ειδική περίσταση, η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε δεν είχε καθόλου διάθεση και όρεξη. Δεν θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, το μόνο που θα αναφέρω με λεπτομέρεια, είναι ότι όταν δοκίμασα 1 παντελόνι ζήτησα να δούμε μπλούζες που θα μπορούσα να το σεταρω. Περίμενα περίπου 5 λεπτά στο δοκιμαστήριο, η κοπέλα είτε εξυπηρετούσε άλλους είτε τακτοποιουσε τα ρούχα από τα άλλα δοκιμαστήρια και όταν την ρώτησα αν βρήκε κάτι, μου απάντησε "δεν υπάρχει κάτι" ! Μέχρι και η συνάδελφός της, που την άκουσε της απάντησε με απότομο ύφος και της είπε να μου δώσει κάποιες μπλούζες. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Η κοπέλα στο ταμείο ευγενέστατη και οι υπόλοιπες κοπέλες που εξυπηρετούσαν ήταν ευχάριστες και ευγενικές. Επειδή έμεινα στο κατάστημα τουλάχιστον 1 ώρα έχω εικόνα του τι γινόταν. Δεν πρόκειται να ξανά πάω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. I have bought several times in the past from this store and I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the month I went to buy clothes for a special occasion, the girl who served me had no mood and no appetite. I will not go into details, the only thing I will mention in detail, is that when I tried 1 pair of pants I asked to see t-shirts that I could set. I waited for about 5 minutes in the rehearsal room, the girl was either serving others or arranging clothes from the other rehearsal rooms and when I asked her if she found anything, she replied "there is nothing"! Even her colleague, who heard her, answered her abruptly and told her to give me some blouses. Unacceptable behavior. The girl at the counter was very kind and the other girls who served were pleasant and kind. Because I stayed in the store for at least 1 hour I have a picture of what was happening. I am not going to go to this store again.
