I asked for a xiaomi redmi note 5 and an old Sony Z3, screen change.
despite they were fast in service delivery, they installed 2 different screen displays for the xiaomi , both of them were having a crack.
They also forgot to connect the selfie camera for the sony so i had to go back. then, they did not applied another layer of glue and as a result the screen is coming off.
when I complaint about it, they admitted that they knew that the screens had a scratch but it is not a big deal! then they offered me a solution of installing the previous screens (the broken screens) and give me my money back.
I spend 4 days going there to change the screens and connect the cameras etc and I always received the same message: sorry, we do not know what happened!
