I went to your website and have tray to change the dates at your website there is an option is written cancelations- change the date (it was in Greek) I have press this option end my booking was canceled. I didn’t want to cancel I just wanted to change the dates. When I realize that the booking was canceled, I have phone to inform about my problem. The worst customer service I ever had!!! They told me to pay the cancelations fees and make a new booking. The dates of my boking was from 25.05.2019 16.00 until 28.05.2019 05.00. I wanted to reduce one day. To pay for that cancelation fees no problem. To pay for the hole reservation and then to book it again then is problem!!! I have phone several times and I have waist my day. I will never book again with your company. I am in tourism business 30 years in Hight positions.. This is not a customer service at 2019 it reminds me my country 20 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ George is The Greatest Guy, we have ever met in our Car Renting Experience for over 25 years. He guided perfectly right from, how to arrive, where to park and even guiding us where to catch a Taxi for going back after dropping car. He even explained where to take Taxi to save on fare. Though our experience to pick up at Athens was an average score, but returning was extremely satisfying and meeting a person like George was a Bonus for the day.
