★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had successfully reserved a car online. When I wanted to pick it up, I waited a long time and then called to find out that there was no reservation. I'm a little upset that I didn't get a rejection earlier. The woman on the phone also sounded like she was never aware that I had reserved online which I find a bit odd.
In addition, the so-called "office" does not exist here at all. The only thing I found were two paper signs in a backyard parking lot with the name on them.
I personally will not try to rent a car here again.
