Ακόμα και αν αυτό που ζήτησα δεν πολύ συνηθισμένο το προσωπικό ήταν πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και να βρει λύση. Συγχαρητήρια στην Αττική οδό τόσο για την εξυπηρέτηση, οδό και για την ευελιξία στις λύσεις της. Ένα καλό παράδειγμα για το πώς πρέπει να λειτουργούν οι επιχειρήσεις που σέβονται τους πελάτες τους. Μπράβο! I went to the service station to get an epass. The staff was very kind and very helpful. Even if what I asked was not very ordinary the staff was willing to help and find a solution. Congratulations to Attiki Odos both for the service, Odos and for the flexibility in its solutions. A good example of how businesses that respect their customers should operate. Well done!
G	George Tsigos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη κατάσταση. Ο χώρος συν/γης δέχεται λόγω πανδημίας 1( ενα) άτομο. Σωστό.Σωστότατο. ΟΜΩΣ ο εξωτερικός χώρος αναμονής έχει ΤΩΡΑ που μιλάμε ΜΟΝΟ ΜΙΑ ΤΕΝΤΑ για την προστασία των πελατών από τον ήλιο. Δεν υπάρχει ένα παγκάκι να μπορεί κάποιος να καθίσει μετά από αρκετή ώρα αναμονής που απαιτείται ανάλογα με τον αριθμό πελατών. Είχα πάει προηγούμενα ( προ μηνων) 2 φορές και αποχώρησα ΑΜΕΣΩΣ λόγω του μεγάλου αριθμού πελατών που περίμεναν σε απαράδεκτες καταστάσεις. Πήγα γιατι? Για να αντικαταστήσω το e-pass που πιθανόν λόγω αλλαγής λογισμικού της εταιρείας έπρεπε να αντικατασταθεί. Είχα ζητήσει τηλεφωνικά να μου σταλεί με courier με δικά μου έξοδα το καινούργιο e-pass. Δυστυχώς μου γνώρισαν ότι ΔΕΝ ΓΙΝΕΤΑΙ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΑΙΤΕΙΤΑΙ ΑΥΤΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΠΑΡΟΥΣΙΑ. Κλείνοντας επαναλαμβάνω ότι οι συνθήκες αναμονής στο χώρο αυτό είναι λιαν επιεικώς ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ. Δεν ξεχνώ ομως να αναφέρω την άψογη εξυπηρέτησή από πλευράς προσωπικού της εταιρείας. Unacceptable situation. Due to a pandemic, the co / land area accepts 1 (one) person. Right. Right. Unfortunately, they informed me that IN-PERSONAL PRESENCE IS NOT POSSIBLE AND REQUIRED. In closing, I repeat that the waiting conditions in this area are very leniently UNACCEPTABLE. But I do not forget to mention the impeccable service on the part of the company's staff.

Πήγα για έκδοση νέου συνδρομητικού πακέτου και παραλαβή πομποδέκτη e-pass και έμεινα "με το στόμα ανοικτό" από την ευχέρεια λόγου της υπαλλήλου που με εξυπηρετούσε! Εύγε! Excellent and prompt service! I went for the issuance of a new subscription package and the receipt of an e-pass transceiver and I was left "with my mouth open" at the discretion of the employee who served me! Well done!

Για την παραπάνω διαδικασία απαιτείται η χρήση των διοδίων οπότε συνδιάστε την όταν υπάρξει ανάγκη να χρησιμοποιήσετε την Αττική Οδό. I went to change my old e-pass and in 3 'I was gone with the brand new one. The above procedure requires the use of tolls, so combine it when there is a need to use the Attiki Odos.
