Έχει εκδοθεί εκκαθαριστικός λογαριασμός από τις 04 Φεβρουαρίου, διότι φυσικά και αποχώρησα, και ενω "αυτό ειναι μια διαδικασία που γίνεται στο τέλος του μήνα" δεν πήρα πίσω ακόμα τίποτα! Στην προσπάθεια να δώσω εγώ τις τιμές των ρολογιών το σύστημα σας δεν το δέχεται διότι η προηγούμενη χρέωση κιλοβάτ είναι 3 φορές παραπάνω από ότι καταναλώσαμε. Το σχόλιο ήταν για τις μηνύσεις που έχει κάνει ο Δήμος Αθηναίων στην εταιρεία για υπέρογκες χρεώσεις των δημοτικών τελών. People are for crying. Ο υπολογισμός αυτός δεν προκύπτει από καμία αντίστοιχη κατανάλωση προηγούμενων μηνών η ετών. Στην τηλεφωνική διαμαρτυρία μου γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό, μου είπαν να πάρω μόνος μου μέτρηση σε συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες ώστε να έχω την χρέώση της πραγματικής κατανάλωσής μου. Στις ημερομηνίες όμως που μου ανέφεραν, το σύστημά τους είναι κλειδωμένο και δεν δέχεται μετρήσεις. Γιατί μου βρωμάει κανόνι ????? Συμβαίνει το εξής άκυρο: Ένας γνωστός μου στο εξωτερικό προσπαθεί να πληρώσει εδώ και μήνες τα χρωστούμενα από τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του εξωτερικού και του είχαν πει να στείλει email για να του δώσουν το IBAN τους. Δεν απάντησαν ποτέ στο mail. Τους έχει καλέσει άπειρες φορές για το θέμα και πάντα του λένε το εξωφρενικό: "το IBAN μας είναι προσωπικό δεδομένο και δεν μπορούμε να σας το δώσουμε". Μόνο προτείνουν να πληρώσει άλλος γνωστός στην Ελλάδα! Εντωμεταξύ όλες οι άλλες εταιρείες του έχουν δώσει κανονικά τα IBAN τους και κάνει τις πληρωμές του, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και μιας άλλης εταιρείας παροχής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος στην οποία φυσικά απευθύνθηκε αμέσως μετά από αυτήν την αντιμετώπιση... Ειδικά αν είστε κάτοικος εξωτερικού, ΜΑΚΡΙΑ. I'm not a customer while I'm thinking about becoming one. Again, it's good that I talked to acquaintances.
