D	Despina I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά υψηλές και οι περισσότεροι οδηγοί είναι αγενείς (σε αντίθεση με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό) με καθόλου κατανόηση σε σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας που ανέφερα. Προσθέτω επίσης ότι ταξιδεύω συχνά και σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις έχω διαπιστώσει έλλειψη σωστού προγραμματισμού , καθώς τα καθίσματα του οχήματος είχαν υπερκαλυφθεί και κάποιοι επιβάτες αναγκάστηκαν να καθίσουν στο πάτωμα η να σταθούν όρθιοι σε υπεραστικό ταξίδι (με ό,τι κινδύνους ενέχει αυτό). Πρέπει να βελτιωθούν οι υπηρεσίες συνολικά. The prices are quite high and most drivers are rude (unlike the rest of the staff) with no understanding of the serious health problem I mentioned. I also add that I travel frequently and in many cases I have noticed a lack of proper planning, as the vehicle's seats were overlapped and some passengers were forced to sit on the floor or stand on a long-distance trip (with all the risks involved). Services need to be improved overall.

Viele Gäste konnten nicht aussteigen und wurde kilometer entfernt abgesetzt. 20.07.19 Departure 17:30 Line 56 does not stop at the stops but goes through. Many guests could not get off and was dropped miles away.
g	gg ggg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενής συμπεριφορά,δεν με άφησαν να μεταφέρω ζώο (γατάκι σε κλουβί λες και θα τους φαει) παρόλο που είχε βιβλιάριο.λεγοντας ότι υπάρχουν συγκεκριμένα δρομολόγια για αυτά. Rude behavior, they did not let me carry an animal (a kitten in a cage as if it would eat them) even though it had a booklet, saying that there are specific itineraries for them.

Saubere neue Toiletten. Well-equipped bus station. Ticket sales, coffee and snacks, all at moderate prices. Friendly service. Scoreboard in front of every bus. Clean new toilets.

Today on the hottest day of the summer so far end of June 2017 40 degrees temperature, full bus from Heraklion to Réthymno. No airconditioning ! A full bus ..ridiculous I called on my mobile to central station to report it and was treated like an idiot. Passengers in coach were suffering and we were told that the air was on full! Coach number 29. It's a shame as I am in tourism and spend loads of time in coaches this is not the standard that travelers receive or should receive. The journey today was terrible and this bus often is scheduled and used.
D	David Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a bus station anymore. There is a sign pointing to the new and much much spiffier bus station. Follow the direction indicated. The road curves to the right and after 3-4 mins walk, the bus station is on your left. It is marked ΚΤΕΛ. Google maps has it marked as KTEL Central Bus Station.
