K	Kristina Sööt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big bus station where you can find busses what goes around the Crete. Good service - helpful workers, who help to buy right ticket, understandible bus stops, lots of sitting places.

I lost my rather expensive camera on a bus of this line, I found the phone number, called them, told them the bus number I found on the ticket. They found the camera and they told me when that bus was coming back in the same station. I waited for it and they brought my camera back. Thank you very much!
J	James Laughton-Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT the bus stop, it’s abandoned, the bus to the airport leaves from a random stop opposite a new bus station and nearby a Macdonalds. There is literally no timetable in English, on the machine it’s the orange button (€1.2), and asking of a driver the bus (no1) comes every 10 minutes or so.
C	Candace Danylewich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can't believe how negative the reviews can be. I've travelled in and out of this station many times and I think it's very decent. It's definitely crowded due to its' size, but for the amount of routes it has it's very reasonable. It is also VERY clean inside. I have never encountered any real problems with any of the staff or the drivers. Even as a solo female traveller I think this has been one of the easiest stations I've travelled through.

The Corona restriktions for number of passengers in the buss is 85% KTEL route from Ierapetra to Heraklion is filling the buss 100% when I complained about it the female conductor get aggressive and say she has to take all anyway. Passengers are not wearing masks that are OBLIGATORY now and KTEL don’t care 1/5 off all in the bus have not had mask during the whole trip. The fine is “supposed” to bee 300 Euro/person
