★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση στον σταθμό, είτε αυτοπροσώπως είτε τηλεφωνικά. Μεγάλη αγένεια εκ μέρους του προσωπικού και καθόλου προθυμία να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Προσπαθείς να κάνεις μια ερώτηση, δεν σου επιτρέπει να την ολοκληρώσεις, σου κλείνει το τηλέφωνο πριν προλάβεις να ρωτήσεις κάτι άλλο ή σου λέει (αν πας αυτοπροσώπως) ότι θα σε εξυπηρετήσει αργότερα και να περιμένεις έξω. Είναι κρίμα γιατί είναι ο μόνος τρόπος συννενόησης και πληροφόρησης σχετικά με τις στάσεις και τα δρομολόγια.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρόλο που δέχεται πολύ κόσμο το μέρος, είναι ελαφρώς υποβαθμισμένο, μικρό και θυμίζει φυλακές. Επιπλέον είναι απαράδεκτο μέρες και ώρες αιχμής να τρέχει μονάχα ένας άνθρωπος, τόσο για να εκδίδει, όσο να ελέγχει εισητηρια και να καλεί περισσότερα λεωφορεία. Πολύς κόσμος ταλαιπωρείται και μένει στην αναμονή χωρίς λόγο. Επιπλέον υπάρχει θέμα με τα ηλεκτρονικά εισητηρια. Δεν εμφανίζονται πάντα qr και άντε να συνεννοηθείς. Ο άνθρωπος πάντως που ήταν εκεί, ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ψύχραιμος!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most frustrating places in Nea Kallikrateia. The man who is working there is absolutely rude with any sense of kindness and assistance. In a place full of tourists people like that man should start considering the idea of having good manners when communicating with costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable service for foreigners. The post office is also a bus station where they will provide you hours of busses to get to Thessaloniki and back.
Mind that in Thessaloniki you need some time to change for the city bus. Average travel+wait in the Thessaloniki is about 45 minutes. Travel time from Thessaloniki to Nea Kallikratia is about the same.
Still, if start at 8.45 this gives you muuuuch more time to visit Thessaloniki than a tour-and-shopping bus, and less expensive for sure ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well connected to Thessaloniki and other towns. Solid service, but obviously they need more employees. At times you may not find anyone in the office, because each time any of the buses arrives, station operator/sales person gets out of the office to check the tickets of passengers. There is an open Wi-Fi network, but certainly needs someone to fix it, as most of the time, you won't get an IP address and access to internet.
