I ordered my items on a Tuesday and they will be delivered next Monday even though they were available at the store. The company uses ACS as a courier company and they are very unprofessional and do not take responsiblity for their work. I had to call them several times to check about my order, only to be told lies every day, and finally they told me that the employee was sick and for this reason, they will delay all deliveries! I received very poor service from both companies and I will never buy from them again.

I had a very professional and polite treatment both times I had called before my purchase to the ladies service where they helped me immensely in a registration problem with my details for my payment. In 2021 one rarely finds such a good approach to telephone service. Well done and thank you, I received it immediately and in very good packaging.?
J	Jan W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware: Availability on website is misleading and borderline false advertising! I ordered an item on Monday and was able to pick up the item on Thursday morning. This may not seem long, but if you state "immediately available" and you order something for a last minute gift, this is not acceptable. Especially if I chose your store over others, despite the item being more expensive than in other stores, just because I needed the product immediately. After reading the reviews here, seems that mine is by far not the only case. If you need something urgent, don't order from here.
