★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I thought this place had an excellent selection, fair prices and kind friendly service. But I had a bad experience here. I bought a blender that was a ? (broken). The base of the blender was poorly designed and would leak liquid. I took the blender back and tried to exchange it. The staff insisted that the blender works. I stupidly took the blender back home thinking maybe it was a user error. But when I tried to make a smoothie, the same problem persisted. The blender motor ran but did not crush my ice and fruit for the smoothie. Now I had spent $8 euros on smoothie ingredients that have gone to waste. I don't know what to do with this faulty machine but I don't want to go back and argue with this company. The sad thing is that the 59euro blender was purchased only 10 days ago. I won't waste another minute arguing with this company for my money back. Instead, I'll warn any of you to be careful if you purchase electronics from this store and something doesn't work. Disappointing ?
