★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard from before I even opened the byblos stories that I wouldn't even think were true.. Magical place amazing flavors in food and cocktails. To taste the authentic Peruvian sea bass seviche and heretical niyiri we will come back soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byblos-the place to be! I could have never imagined that such a beautiful atmospheric place would open right in the heart of Mykonos. The staff was super kind and helpful. The music, the amazing food and the wide variety of wines that you have the option of choosing make the place so niche. The Peruvian Japanese flavors and the cocktails with the names of the gods of Incas create a great experience that shouldn’t be missed! The tuna tirandito was the best that I’ve ever tried so far and I’m so glad that I was part of this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole place was unbelievably vibey. The food in combination with the signature cocktails creates an amazing dining experience! I particularly enjoyed the duck salad and I’m definitely coming back soon, as me and my friends had an absolute blast. Not to mention that the place had some history cause we could see the artifacts through the glass floor! Can’t wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fabulous. The cocktails were amazing, the best we’ve had so far between Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos. The whole vibe is unreal, getting ushered through the building to a massive outdoor dining space, was so cool. The food was wonderful, the best we’ve had so far. Everything was top notch including the service.
This place is new but 100% worth it. Don’t wait for them to get so popular that it’s impossible to get a reservation, go now while you still have the chance!
