★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks nice..but the inside of the rooms looks bad.We changed 2 times to another room ,but it was getting worse..the room smelled like a sewer really dirty.
If you take a shower longer than 1 min the bathroom got flooded.
The building that we were in was not maintained or clean..see foto.
The staff at the reception are really rude and not helpfull.
For a holiday that cost 3000euro all incl.and lots of things you have to pay extra its really not worth it..
There's no free wifi/fitness/lockers/...sunbeds are not for free(7euro's ...its really full on the beach with sunbeds and at 8.00 in the morning there's no one on the beach only towels from people that already took al the beds)I got a lot more to write about it but i dont want to.
It was supposed to be the best holiday..because it was our honeymoon..but it was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cactus village looks very nice from the outside really cosy.
When we entered the room it all looks very basic. Eventually there was a lot of space for both of us.
When we went to bed, we found out that the bed was extremely small , I think about 140cm. While turning when a sleep you're awakening your partner.
So we asked for a room with two singles bed and we turned up in a new room with two rooms with two singles bed.
This looked also very basic, I was expecting something more from a 4 star hotel. The television is also about 15 years old. The bathroom is smelling, especially when the neighbours are flushing their toilet.
I also experienced that we had to pay extra for Wifi - beachbeds - fitness.. how great is that for a ALL-INCLUSIVE arrangement.
Food is good. Much variety.
Beer is blended.
We paid almost 3000 euro,s for this joke.. unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with great staff. Village is a little away from the main complex but is ideal for us as we had a baby and a bit quiet (beginning of September)
Only difficulty was getting pram from village to main complex, as there is a tunnel that has steps.
Would recommend this place to anyone
