β β β β β Nice place offering good food and friendly staff. Small beach, but clean. Sun beds at pools are usually preoccupied since early morning. Little disappointing was size of family rooms. Our looked more like standard room with two additional beds. Really not much space. But generaly it was nice stay.

β β β β β The hotel looks much better than in pictures. The overall service and food is great. I booked a suite (with 2 rooms) which was nice. The hotel green space (gardens) are also very nice.
However the drinks in the all-inclusive package are of the lowest quality. I mainly drank water and a bit of beer, the taste of all the other drinks was absolutely horrible (including wines and cocktails).
Although I bought the all-inclusive package, they were charging me 9 euros for the sunbeds on the beach. This is not an all-inclusive practice. They should better rename their offering to Full Board, I guess that is the right naming.
The beach is very narrow and they put too many sunbeds actually reaching to the water. For the duration of my stay they did not clean the beach of seaweed, but they were charging. My 6 year old kid was asking me: what is this filth? I had to explain him what see-weed is and how the person responsible for the beach is a lazy dude.
I rented a car, and I was absolutely shocked when they let me park for free in the hotel parking. Which is a good thing :)
In conclusion, this is a good hotel for families, but as I mention they could improve some things.

β β β β β Hotel food and drinks ok, good staff in Bars. But disapointed on swimming pools, was to small and not enought loungers for guests. Check out reception was't good... i should pay for safe i was't used...

β β β β β Wonderful hotel, clean and aesthetic. Delicious food, really near to the beach. I loved the idea of having dinners in dedicated restaurants. The animations had very good quality and Luca and Valeria made them so much fun. I really enjoyed the stay.

β β β β β I am amazed and inspired by the level of service rendered by the staff in cactus. Great hospitality, great food, great infrastructure- pools for adults and aquapark for children. Restaurant at the beach, super helpful amenities. Strongly recommended.

β β β β β Really nice hotel and beautiful hotel area! But they still have some unrenovated rooms which we had and they aren't that nice to be honest.
Somehow it's a thing that there are many public toilets you can't lock all over Crete and also in the hotel area.
Everything else was fine.

β β β β β Great hotel 4 stars but deserves 5th. Friendly, kind and professional service. I recommend it for families with children. The complex has a water park with two pipes and a pirate ship with pipes for children. The food is very good. In all inclusive 3 meals a day. Bars with drinks, sandwiches and pastries by the pools. Ice cream from 3pm to 4pm.
