★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere with local people. Very friendly and not expensive at all. Not really an eating place although snacks are often served free of charges. In the fine weather, sitting outside under the huge plane tree is wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very traditional kafenio in Armeni. On a junction that is shaded by huge plane trees. Fantastic butchers/cheese shop opposite. Always something going on so a wonderful place to just sit and watch the world go by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are into old fashion local Cafe with locals around you, under a huge tree with the perfect shade and the undoubtedly happy atmosphere, stop here for few minutes, few hours, sit back and enjoy things the way the use to be.... In the evening they offer local food cooked to order. Want a fresh steak, they go across the street and get your cut fresh from the butcher. Take your time here... and you will ultimately give your 5 stars...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friendly and welcoming local cafe/taverna. Interesting building, nice shaded outdoor seating area in the centre of the village and a very traditional Greek feel to the place. The complimentary sesame pretzel biscuits where a delightful surprise.

You can watch the main street from the terrasse, or from the main street itself sitting under the platane that's used as a roundabout. Owners are friendly and simple, just perfect according to my standards.
