Nice place if you want to know smth about the history of wine in Zakynthos and see its production. Try Chardonnay which is produced since last year- really good

Im heard about this winery first time in 2018..but only this year i've got a chance to visit it...and that was one of the most interesting, authentical and enjoyable experience under my journey!! The owner was very friendly, and very very informative !! He tell us a lot of stories from his family and from the winery. We could taste some extra special wine what was produced only on Zakyntos (oh my god that glykopati was sooo awesome..!) :) Naturally there's an option to buy products aswell in the winery! Must see category!

Free entry and parking. It's a must see even if you are not a big fan of wine. It's a great way to discover how they produce the wine in Zakynthos and learn more about their culture. Maximum spend time here 1hour. You can visit the museum for yourself and at the end do wine testing for free. If you wish to purchase, the prices start from 7€/bottle. I strongly recommend! We bought the dessert wine, which a very sweet kind of wine, both white and red.

We like tasting wines and the Callinico was the best choice in Zante. Free entrance, free tasting as many wines as you want. White, rose, red, dry, semi and sweet. All were really good. Very nice lady, explained everything. We bought some bottles to enjoy at home. Thank you. We will return.

I visited here with my family as part of a day trip last week and found it to be very informative and friendly. We was greeted by the great grandaughter of the winery founder . We got to taste an array of wines which me and my wife bought a bottle each for less than €20 in total. I also bought a bottle of 1984 red wine ( I noticed a stack of them walking through the cellars) as it is my birth year , i paid €200 for it and cant wait to crack it open 1 day , not literally crack it open tho lol. I would recommend to others especially if you love your wine . And a thanks to Jayne a.k.a ( Shirley Valentine ) our day trip guide , we loved it. I also recieved a small bottle of Frizzante for free which was very tasty and went down a treat. Thanks ?

Thank you to Thanasis for a splendid tour around the winery and for one of the most generous wine tasting experiences we’ve ever had. At least 12 different types of wine tasted and accompanied by some lovely 7-grain local bread! We ended up buying about 7 bottles of wine too - it was so well priced! We loved our visit!

Stumbled across this gem on the drive , very extensive history which was told by the fourth generation family member. The guide did an excellent job of showing me around and explaining the history of the wine manufacturing process. Best of all I got to taste many different wines . Had an amazing time and was worth everything penny. I intend to come back when they start the manufacturing process again in the summer
