Excellent location for families with kids and windsurfers. The villas are on top of their game offering luxury amenities and top hospitality. Eirini is also an amazing hostess, providing with you with everything needed to make your holidays unforgetable! We will be back for sure!

Calm Wave Villas are by far the most relaxing properties I've ever used. These Villas combine both luxurious vacation and relaxing view but the most important thing is that every inch of the property is very clean and the owner is more than willing to help you out with anything you might need. We have vacationed at Calmwave Villas with another couple on two occasions - 2010, and then again, in 2014 for double 60th birthday celebrations. We are from Ontario, Canada and found out about Calmwave Villas on the internet. We have never been disappointed in our selection. We were set to travel back for a third time with our grown children and a grandchild this past June but had to cancel because of Covid 19. Eirini and Manolis are wonderful, attentive and helpful hosts. They maintained the villa and pool on a daily basis without intruding on our privacy. They always greeted us on our arrival with special treats like local honey, fresh caught fish or a bottle of wine and we always ended our visits with dinner out together. The location of the villas is ideal! Overlooking Vasiliki Bay. You can watch the windsurfers from the covered terrace, pool’s edge or balconies. You can easily walk into town for shopping, a meal out or sightseeing and water sports. Privacy is not an issue in the Villas. Secluded on the hillside in Ponti you have your own pool, terrace, wood burning barbq and balconies. The villa bedrooms are separate, one on each floor with their own bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space inside and out is very generous.Your own laundry room is available on the lower level. Eirini and Manolis go out of their way to accommodate any special requests and excel at hospitality! We are sad to have missed our Grecian holiday to see them and enjoy their luxury villas this year and hope to return as soon as travel is safe. Beautiful villas, excellently maintained, in a great location that works for both younger and older members of our family. You can choose to hang out all day at the villa's pools, walk to the beach, or downtown to the many restaurants and clubs. We have regularly rented both the upper and the lower villa for a joint vacation with extended family, and keep coming back because everything is so perfect here. Eirini and Manolis are the perfect hosts, warm, open, and there when you need them, but in no way intrusive.
